M2M Blinds are in to process of reporting this review to Trustpilot, we clearly state on the T&C'S page that we can only service a UK address we DO NOT service Europe or the the rest of the world for bespoke blinds.
It matters not if you have one or five hundred blinds we do not have the logistics set up to ship all over the world.
You made no contact with the sales office before placing your order for ONE vertical blind with a total cost of £65.40 to be shipped to Portugal.
As we explained to you via email the payment transaction via PayPal should have blocked the payment we apologised for that error and refunded your payment within two hours of placing your order.
We do not provide this platform for customers to vent their unfounded frustrations, the delivery terms and conditions are there for customers to read the fact that the shipment was for an address outside the UK necessitated a simple check of the delivery terms and conditions before placing your order or contact with the sales office would have been your first priority.
I trust you found a supplier that could help you, It does bring to question how much the transportation cost would be for a single blind with a net value of £47.00 more than the value of the blind no doubt I wonder how many customers would be happy with that situation!

I think over all the experience and the overall quality of the blind is not great
The blind doesn't seem to pull easily so it snaps out of the child safety catches, when I raised it I just got sent different catches and it still does this.
Also the quality of the material is not brill didn't expect a black out blind but it lets through much more than the previous blind that I got from home base for less than half the price

Thank you for the feed back you ordered a standard polyester fabric a design that I presume you have used for the kitchen I am rather confused with your comment on the light properties for the blind, it is a standard gauge fabric and it is not designed to block any light!
The roller blind is mounted on the Louvoilte SE32 roller system probably the most common used in the made to measure blind industry a superior control system than found at Homebase.
I would suggest moving the position of the mandatory child safety break within the loop so its under less stress when raising and lowering the blind.
I would also suggest checking that the blind has been fitted still allowing end free play between the brackets at the compressed pin end as a tight fitting blind would cause stiffness in the movement.

I ordered a made to measure blind for…
I ordered a made to measure blind for my bathroom last month. The price was extremely competitive and the blind arrived 7 working days after the order was placed. The tubular cardboard container it arrived in was broken but the blind was ok. The blind was as specified and the fitments are good quality - aluminium pole, good metal brackets. I would use this company again.

Thank you for the feed back, just to correct your comment the allen key wasn't missing you simply don't need it for the vertical headrail system you purchased.
We provide a fitting guide with every email order confirmation the morning after the order is placed, and in big bold text we inform every customer that the fitting guide we provide in the attachment is the correct one for the product purchased.
There are several headrail systems so to save confusion we provide via email the correct fitting guide you need I am sorry you missed that notification in your email.
