Fantastic customer service. Got my 4 bedroom house all carpeted (minus the hallway) and I’m in love with it. Davey and Cameron were fantastic and liked to have a laugh. Will definitely be using again x

I absolutely love my vinyl, it took a while to get fitted and it was on the expensive side, but nowhere else can you pay up as easy weekly, fortnightly or monthly

I recently had a visit from Stuart at My Dream Flooring, and I couldn’t fault the experience. He was really friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy from start to finish.

Stuart measured everything up accurately and brought a great range of samples, which made choosing so much easier. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without any pressure, which I really appreciated.

Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend My Dream Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring, especially with the flexible pay weekly option. Looking forward to seeing the finished result!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish, thanks to Stuart, who was my carpet salesman. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the options, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

Stuart’s attention to detail and customer service really stood out - he made sure everything was clear, from pricing to fitting, and kept me informed throughout. The end result is exactly what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier.

Highly recommend asking for Stuart if you’re looking for great service and expert advice. 5 stars all the way!

From the start I received an excellent customer experience, looked at various different types of flooring at home and got a date for fitting to suit. My daughter told me about dream flooring as she had used in the past and was very happy. The fitters arrived when they said they would and done a great job, will definitely let family and friends know how great My Dream Flooring has been 😁😁

I had the best experience they done s fantastic job and I definitely recommend them

"I’m so impressed with how My Dream Flooring handled a recent blunder. Despite an initial error, they took full ownership and sorted it out immediately—even though the final sale ended up being below their usual price margin.
They sent Kia to my home to resolve everything, and he was brilliant. He’s a big guy with an even bigger personality—incredibly friendly, witty, and professional. He was so engaging and helpful that he turned a potentially stressful situation into a great experience.
Because they went that extra mile to make me feel at peace with my decision, they certainly haven't lost a customer. This company is affordable, honest, and truly cares about their reputation. Highly recommended!"

Adam the fitter did a great job very polite and clean thank you
