I had a measure & quote visit 10/3/26. Hallway, Sitting Room, Bedroom, Vinyl. £128 per month.Paid deposit.Fitting day 15/4/26.
Getting very nervous since told I have to remove ALL contents,including furniture, prior to Fitting. I’m 76 yrs of age, alone, and wonder how I’m going to get furniture outside on patio on day of Fitting, and what happens if it’s raining or they don’t turn up for the Fitting appmt? I’ve tried texting, phoning, emailing the office and the Rep lots of times but no reply or response. Very nervous now having read all the low/bad Reviews.

5/4/26 I have bare floors. I have help arranged to help lift the furniture. My question for your company was: in a small 1-bed bungalow, patio at the back, we will move the furniture outside ON THE DAY of Fitting before the Fitter arrives. Q. Reading reviews I see many people report no-show of Fitter on the day. Q. What if it’s raining on the day?Q. In what room order,( Hall, Bedroom, Sitting Room) will the Fitting take place? We need to know because if it’s raining we can hardly put the furniture outside, and will have to put it in the room waiting to be done, before putting it back after each room has been done. Hey! I may be in my 70’s but I’ve moved house around the World with 6 kids 22 times in 47 years…I CAN organise a 3-room Flooring Fitting day, I just need to know the date will not be changed, and the order of the Fitting in case it’s too wet to put my furniture outside! I have 2 elderly neighbours helping me on the day. BTW; my family live abroad, and my neighbours and friends locally all live in this Gated Community estate for the Elderly. I’m one of the youngest!Confirmation please on Tuesday.

Absolutely amazing start to finish , mark came out and gave me my quote he worked around my bisy schedule to fit me in when it was convenient, the fitter messaged me the night before with a time he would be here , super happy and lovely quality 😀

Adam was punctual, kept me informed of when he was arriving. He was smartly but professionally dressed. Friendly but not overly so. Very helpful and went the extra mile. Did a great fitting and no bumps or lumps and very expedient. I'm going to order my bedroom carpet in a couple of months and would request Adam do the fitting. Great overall experience and lovely soft carpet.

From start to finish my experience has been amazing! Very friendly when they came out to measure explained everything perfectly and got everything set up fast! I got my upstairs fitted first then the rest and my house looks amazing, fitters where amazing, on time, and very professional! Definitely recommend 👌🏻

Friendly and professional highly recommend

The order process was very simple and the carpet was fitted by very chatty and friendly guys which for me was an added bonus having recently lost my wife of 38 yrs so it was nice to get a good blether and take my mind of things. The carpet is top quality and feels so soft underfoot, I will definatly use this company again.

These guys came and did the floor quickly and professionally! From sale to fitting, wonderful experience all round! Excellent fitting from Adam, he communicated clearly from letting me know when he'd be there, through to completion. He did a wonderful job on the floors, and didn't take much time at all, thank you for your hard work!! :)
