The basic software seems fine - table stakes. When I updated my account so that I could also file K-1s. I understood that meant that there would be a human reviewer. What I didn't realize at the time was that my tax package would be held hostage by the manual review until they were satisfied. I begged them to release my filing which they didn't do until after the deadline, resulting in a significant penalty.

Great as always. Honest price and great software. It has come a long way! I've been with them for 3-4 years now and it has made my tax report to big brother very easy whist living as a nomad across a few countries in Europe. Not fun at all but it is what it is. Very poor service. They can't file state texes, they charge extra. Promised they would get back to me in 6 weeks now my taxes as they did not follow up. Most competitors have a better product and are more professional. Avoid at all costs
