Item is as expected - Delivery and tracking weird

Item is as expected - but delivery was weird and tracking system failed.
4-6-26 Ordered
4-6-26 email to confirm delivery address and I responded same day.
4-13-26 email advising order had shipped with a tracking #
4-16-26 I checked the tracking system provided which indicated the item had been returned to sender !!! (death in family ensued and I couldn't follow up right away)
04-27-26 the item was surprisingly delivered.
The only other emails I received were ads to make me order something else - on 4/20, 4/23, 4/24, 4/25 twice, 4/26 four times, 4/28, and 4/30 (today).

Incompetent

If I could rate it a 0, I would. I ordered the customized bears for my Fiancé on February 2nd. I never received my item and they said UPS couldn’t find my address. I had everything typed in correctly and then the company said it was sent back to the facility. Now they are requesting I pay a 20% restocking/shipping fee in order for me to get my item. I asked for a full refund or for them to send it to me and they said they are unable to do either and are demanding I pay the 20% fee. I will NEVER use this company again.

Delayed order, no contact despite email

Ordered something 10 days in advance for Valentine’s Day - it arrived 10 days later today! Complete joke. I asked for a refund and have recieved no response 10 days ago

Company is a joke

Company is a joke, bought the engraved bears off dumb instagram ad (they got me lol). Ordered beginning of the month, almost one month later the tracking says it’s at JFK but my “route” app said it left china went to papa New Guinea and is now somewhere in Southeast Asia. The customer service is going to give you the runaround and keep giving you the same unhelpful unuseful tracking. Do not buy from this company go to Amazon. They have way cheaper options.

Bear family of 4

Bear family of 4 delighted my wife and kids. We lost one of our children in 2023. You never get over those loses. The puzzle was created as requested. Didn’t know it was made in Ireland, a wee bit late for Valentines day, but we still appreciated the fine workmanship.

Scam site!!

Scam site!!! Read reviews before ordering. Ordered the polar bear puzzle for valentines. Said it would arrive before. So far a no-show. Tried to put in my order number to track and says no order found. Read these reviews after. Darn. Just got scammed out of $69!!!

One of the worst experience ever

One of the worst experience ever. Christmas gift came after Christmas and was broken. Valentine gift is not going to be delivered at all unless I pay extra? Never buy from them. Similar items can be found on Amazon and you will be sure of delivery.

A purchase that won’t be repeated

I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase! No gift option - so orders apparently have to come with price tag, or option to put down a message for the recipient. Also took forever - waiting for over a week and no tracking information. Apparently customer service can’t tell us when this will arrive either. Impossible to cancel or get a refund, even within 24 hours of placing the order. Never again

Poor customer serviceI accidentallly included a duplicate…

I accidentallly included a duplicate order for $22. I immediately called in to your company to tell you of my error and to cancel the unwanted item. I was told that the order was already in production which I explained was impossible as I had just that moment put in the order. I was put on hold then told that the extra order was cancelled and my money would be refunded. Imagine my surprise when the order arrived weeks later with the unwanted product for which I had not been reimbursed. I will never order from you again and warn my friends of your duplicity. This is not customer service. You must be desperate for orders that you kept my mere $22.
