Purchase made over a month ago, still not sent, I contacted and was not answered by customer service and I still receive hundreds of unsolicited emails about promotions and when I click unsubscribe I go to an error link.

2 weeks of badly translated copy-paste…
2 weeks of badly translated copy-paste responses. Nothing was shipped for 2 weeks. Filed a claim with PayPal we'll see how that goes.
Yes, the same member reached out to me with the same copy-paste response, couple of times, after I already complained to PayPal. No matter what you ask... It's the same response.
Update as of 4/22/2025- Same person that doesn't understand English and keeps sending copy-paste responses just updated me that I have to go pick up my item at the post office in Tel Aviv... As in Israel Tel Aviv. Needles to say this was supposed to be shipped to the US. I entered my US address and even PayPal had my US address... Where and how they got Israel is beyond me...
Beware of the good reviews. Almost all seem pretty fake. Anyone can post good reviews here and if they are not reported by the owner of the site they will not be checked.

Item was nice but the item took way longer than they said and when attempted to cancel or get refund once I found out it was delayed a significant amount of time and wouldn't be here for the occasion they said they would not refund my money. Stay away from this company.

I truly wish I could give a zero. I placed my order on January 29th. I still have not received it. I emailed customer service multiple times and they give the same response. Total joke. This is clearly a scam company. Stay away!
