The gift was just as described, but the track & trace could be better
The gift was just as described in the webshop, but it took quite a lot of time to get here. The order mail has a track & trace, but for some reason the track & trace link can be found on the website itself and not on the order carrier company that is going to deliver your order. The track & trace page was also very limited initially, so I was almost assuming that I was scammed. It was only after it arrived in the Netherlands that I could see more details.

Beautiful family of 4 bears now received

I can only advise against this retailer!
The goods I ordered were paid for but never received. When I contacted the retailer, I was given dubious reasons why a refund would not be possible due to my fault. After several emails with the seller, I had the amount refunded via PayPal, which worked perfectly.
