I ordered before Christmas and it was supposedly delivered to a parcel locker they said of which I don’t have. I’ve been trying to deal with their customer support and they were of no help whatsoever. Then I was told since they showed it was delivered on their end with no photo proof that I would not get a refund. What a scam this site is. Please never order from this site unless you just like to give money for no product.

Be prepared for this to take about 4 weeks (or longer) to arrive. The bear cutouts were done well. The burning of the names was not. Only the name on the largest bear was readable from 5 feet away. The other 3 I used a very fine tipped brown indelible ink marker to fill in the names. The wood is likely pine making it light weight and soft. The product resembles the advertising picture although the names were not anywhere near as dark as what the advertisement indicated. Perhaps mine was the only one like this? Im glad that I ordered this but unsure if I would order again.

The pillow is lovely however the names are too low and when placed are totally hidden. This was very disappointing.

Did never get item ordered. And even if I cancelled order within 1,5 hours (cancellation timewindow 4hours) from placing the order they have not refund me anything. Bullshit firm that I suggest you stay far away from. Don't buy anything from them. Hope I can help someone with this post.

Worst experience ever. Order December 8 I never received item. Company refused to refund as they say item was delivered. Even though I have said I have not received.

Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Absolute scam. My order has been stuck “in transit” endlessly with no actual delivery. Customer support only sends copy-paste apologies and keeps wasting your time. Zero responsibility, zero professionalism. Stay away and do not order from this company!

I really enjoyed the ease of ordering as well as the ability to track my order through the entire process from ordering to delivery.

Ordering was easy and the end product was awesome. I ordered 2 of the same item & they were shipped from different places. The delivery time was longer than I thought so they didn’t get here by Christmas, but I guess that’s the chance you take.

I ordered the item on 12/11/25 and have not yet received it. It seems to be in transit but don’t know when it will arrive

I liked the thought of this gift, hence my purchase. I was a little disappointed in the quality when it arrived (the day before Christmas) as it was rough around all internal edges and I had to sand it before I wrapped it!

Hice un pedido el 9 de diciembre con la ilusión de recibir el regalo para el nacimiento de mi hijo, ya que en su web aseguran que el envío llega en 7–10 días. Han pasado más de 20 días y sigo sin recibir nada.

Solo me facilitaron un número de seguimiento, sin indicar la empresa de transporte ni ningún contacto para poder consultar. Desde el día 20, el estado del pedido no se actualiza en absoluto.

He escrito varios correos al servicio de atención al cliente y no he recibido ninguna respuesta. El trato es pésimo y la falta de comunicación total.

Muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Allthow ordered and paid almost one month ago, I did not receive the product. Do not recomand this company. I am not sure if I wii ever receive the gift.

I wrapped them up individually and gave them bear names. Eg Pa Pa Bear, Sporty Bear, Big Bro Bear.
They unwrapped them together and had to work out what it was.
It was quite exciting and they loved it.

I have not yet received the product, so I cannot assess it.
Apparently it arrived at the destination country today 25th.
I did not anticipate the delivery would be this late as I was hoping to have it for Christmas.

Non-existent communication and poor customer service. Product is way overpriced, do not recommend. Look elsewhere!

Great idea but it falls apart as soon as you stand it up. On the advertisement it appeared to be made from thicker wood and more stable. Got 2 and they both have the same problem
