My Liquorice Avis 

Cancels some of my order without even an apology email, then will ignore you. Terrible customer service, you would expect amazing customer when spending so much money.

Delicious with a good range

Order arrived a little slower than anticipated, but there was a postal strike going on at the time so I hardly fault my Liquorice for that. They have a good selection of both sweet and salty liquorice which is nice as I've had a hard time finding very salt liquorice.

Great company great liquorice, I wanted a delivery to go to my son down south , and the arranged all that for me, bought from here many times, wouldn't buy liquorice anywhere else. Will be ordering for Xmas soon , many thanks for your help.

The presentation package is pretty but excessive making the liquorice a very expensive purchase.

It's the second bag of Dutch liquorice I've purchased. The liquorice is very nice. Not hard like the cheaper stuff.
The main gripe is. There are far to many white pieces. There is pink and yellow one's in the bag which taste much nicer than the white.Both bags I've had ,have been the same.

I have been a customer since 2013. These guys are the best that I have found in the uk. Very good selection of liqorice, the prices are competitive and service as good as it gets. And the courier company they use deliver with care (at least in my area).

I. Have placed quite a few ordered now for my husband but I have also loved them all. Ordering is easy had no problems at all, I ordered a large bag of liquorice for my husband for Christmas he was really pleased. I have only just noticed that you do sugar free so as a diabetic I will be trying some.

I have had several orders now and have been very pleased. The most recent order had a couple of missing items. We are all human so mistakes happen, but to me you tell the quality of a company by how the mistakes are rectified.

The mistake was rectified swiftly and within 4 days, (2 working days) I received the missing items.

Excellent service. I ordered something by mistake so I sent them a quick email and the item was cancelled and refunded promptly. I was also kept up to date throughout. The liquorice is always very nice

Products are great too. I'm not a Liquorice lover but I buy for gifts for my dad who loves it. Choice is vast and different and presentation impressive. Not the cheapest but quality can't be faulted.

I found this company through Instagram and ordered some liquorice as a Christmas gift for my dad last year. By boxing day, it was all gone because my whole family had eaten it! Very high quality confectionery. Banana monkeys are my favourite!

Tremendous customer service, special order made for advent calendar but difficulty arose
when paying with PayPal as standard information not picked up, contacted customer services regarding the issue and this was rectified immediately, fantastic service , well recommended.
