My Liquorice Avis 

I ordered two packets of the mixed varieties of this product and have to admit there were some I wasn't too fond of, but the majority were delicious and have ordered packets of those particular pieces of liquorice and am eagerly awaiting delivery as we speak. Thoroughly recommend if you are a liquorice lover.

Loved every flavour of my mixed selection so ordered more and then I had a fall (I am 83) and ordered a box for my neighbour who was kind enough to take me to A&E.

I love liquorice and this site gives you a great choice . The site is easy to use and the service is very good.The prices and delivery charges are reasonable . The sweets are very tasty and well made and presented.

What a wonderful idea for gifts. I ordered a variety box and it was really well packed and presented - lots of padding and the sweeties - well what can I say. Delicious.

I love My Liquorice, it arrives well packed, fresh, soft and chewy,sweet and salty so much choice. I started with the mixed bag, picked out a few I loved and placed another order. Then did the same again until I found the liquorice I love and made another order. I was not disappointed. My orders have arrived very quickly, alway well packed even in the strange times we are living in. My Liquorice have great customer service, its a fabulous product and I highly recomend it to you.

Tried a mixed bag about a month ago and have ordered 4 times since. So many type so the mixed bags are a great way of finding out which types you like.
Service has been excellent too. One order was incorrect, i.e. wrong item sent. Only took an email and received an apology, told to keep the wrong item (which were lovely too) and correct item received in a few days.
A special mention must go to the banana monkeys, so moreish it's crazy 😀
Will be ordering more as soon as these run out😁😁

I received another order from My Liquorice. The service was, as usual, fast and efficient. I love the Banana and Liquorice and this time decided to try the chocolate covered liquorice. It was delicious, and as they are adding more like this, I will be back.

If I could have left no stars, then I would have. Shockingly poor customer service. I placed an order when there was a promotion, offering a free bag of liquorice with every order placed that day I did not receive this. I did not receive an apology. Surely the easiest thing to do would be to rectify the mistake and send the promised sweets. Instead I was given a £5 voucher ( which meant, with delivery costs, I would have to spend more money with them
!).:The voucher did not work. I was then sent another voucher, which also did not work!!! Since then, my attempts to contact my liquorice to resolve the matter, have been ignored. I had also asked that, if they could not send me the free bag, could I return the rest of my order for a full refund, including postage costs. This was also ignored. From a small business, trying to build a loyal customer base, I find this quite shocking and unbelievable 😡

The box arrived in good time and well presented. The liquorice was so salty unfortunately. There were only 2 packets out of 6 we liked. After reading that eating too much liquorice can be dangerous and can cause an irregular heart rhythm, low potassium levels and high blood pressure we will not be buying liquorice in large quantities anymore. Pleased we tried it though.

Got it as a present. I love liquorice and the presentation box was phenomenal. Highly recommend if you want to try this authentic taste!

I bought some for my parents and they loved it! I didn’t really like liquorice but this stuff is amazing.

I took up an offer of a free taster box, I just had to pay for postage. It took two weeks to arrive and the next thing I know they took £18 out of my account!

They never said it was a subscription. Rip off merchants. AVOID!

Ordered a box of liquorice as a gift, did not realise it was a subscription, I am now being charged for a product I do not like or want, they have advised they would not send and would not be charged, it then turned up in the post - charged £18
Impossible to get hold of, no phone numbers on website and no reply to messages, like previous reviews on here, exactly the same issues, stuck with a product I do not want, if I get no response will take them down the legal route

Yes me again!!! Nearly a month still no liquorice still no refund. Think of all the money you are making stealing from people.i will never ever buy from you again and I will continue in any way I can to make people aware of how disgusting you are!

Was offered a free sample as consolation for not winning a competition with no mention of a subscription, only to find a month later that I was being sent more Liquorice and charged over £18. Finally found out they he'd signed me up to a subscription I didn't want! I asked if I could send it back but was told I could not get a refund so apparently they don't follow consumer rights. To rub salt in the wound after I put a bad comment on one of their Facebook posts they messaged me asking what was the problem. I told them what had happened hoping that they might sort me out but no, not one reply after 5 messages to them, absolutely disgraceful service so I recommend you avoid this company.
