I received an email to check my picture for the quality and if no reply within “7 working days” it will be sent automatically.

I replied to their email but an email delivery message came back saying that it is undeliverable due to the recipient message box being full.

I paid 4.99 extra for VIP service.
Till date, it was has been two weeks since I paid and my item has not been produced at all.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO BUY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES

The item is nothing like the images.

POOR POOR POOR. if I could put ZERO I would. Ordered two items over 3 weeks, never received any of them. Several attempts to get replies from them for the items or money back. STILL WAITING 5 MONTHS LATER. don't touch them....

Really pleased with the lamp got it for my husband as an anniversary present it's great and husband loves it

Poor quality, unprofessional customer service. Bought a personalised moonlamp with picture and text as memory tribute for a deceased best friend. On receiving the item as was very disappointed. It was made of cheap quality plastic that reminded me of a ping pong ball. The picture quality was poor. The stand wasn't magnetic as advertised. The electrical connector was tricky to connect. On checking my order to request refund I noticed I'd been charged more than what was advertised online for same item. When I contacted them twice they replied with no offer of a refund and made reference to something I had never mentioned or claimed?? Random. Also failed to answer my question or give any explanation re pricing. I am left with a product I can't display and almost £40 out of pocket. Definitely wouldn't recommend or use again.

The image on the lamp I received looks nothing like the photo I sent.

Absolute joke,i ordered a moonlamp from these crowd an it was an absolute insult what they sent,it was supposed to be a picture of my uncle,ya cant even see hes head or even make out who it is,the light is very bad on it to,ive emailed them for a refund but they just make up excuses for there bad work,asking to turn on the lamp,well even after turning it on its still no better only worse,also took a month to come,its advertised as been in uk but came from china,can safely say i have never in my life seen anything made as bad,its nothing like what they describe online and aint one bit helpful,just a pure scam if you ask me,dont waste your money or be fooled by this website unless you wanna be higly dissapointed😣

I was unhappy with the moon lamp I had received therefore I contacted customer service who were very efficient and helpful in solving my problem.

I bought a Spotify Code Plaque under the pretense that it would be acrylic glass as stated in the description, it was supposed to be about the size of an A4. However the plaque came small like double a credit card size, and the canvas like wooden tripod was broken. Furthermore there were many scratches on the product, it was cheaply made from plastic, not glass as shown and the picture wasn't printed meerly stuck on to the back of the plaque. I was VERY disappointed as it was intended as a nice birthday present and despite being ordered on the 23rd for the 30th it came the 2nd of April

I’m going to skip to the solution because my story is the same as everyone else on here. Once you’ve replied to their countless emails just contact your bank they refunded my money while I was on the phone. I used a debit card and although you may not have as many rights aa you would with a credit card they do have a thing called “charge back” I got my money back straight away and they go after the suppliers bank as far as I know. I hope no one else gets caught out and as for anyone else on here I hope you see this and get your money back. Good Luck.

It wasn't a scam and it arrived today. Really happy with it. Best used at night.

the delivery can take more than 2 months, the customer service is not helping you at all and there is no available phone number to get in contact with them, and the worse is that the product is way far from their pictures, the product is made from a cheap plastic horrible and the lights are not even work.
They are more like scammers so i would not recommend to buy any product from this website

I ordered it and then after read all the reviews on here I thought I also got scammed but it arrived today it’s perfect! The photo is so clear and not damaged in the slightest. Would definitely use again

Awful company, please do not buy from them. The item i ordered arrived was not only damaged but not made as per the request. They try everything not to refund you and I am still battling this with them. They stated that the refund would need to be minus shipping costs, cost of raw materials and also to cover the resource to make it!! Ridiculous considering it is damaged and in no way my issue.

I ordered a moonlamp with a picture of a family member in and the qaulity was rubbish. I emailed and complained, asked for a refund and they asked me for a picture of the lamp. So I sent it too them, never heard anything after that, after leaving plenty of emails they just decided too ignore me. I would not recommend. They took over thirty pound off me and never came up with the goods. I think I could of made a better one. BEWARE!

False advertising is described as the crime or misconduct of publishing, transmitting, or otherwise publicly circulating an advertisement containing a false, misleading, or deceptive statement, made intentionally or recklessly to promote the sale of property, goods, or services to the public

My daughter bought me a moonlamp for my birthday, when I went to charge it up the battery fell inside the lamp We have tried to get a refund or replacement but all you get from the company is the same email asking for a video or photo of the faulty. We have done this but still have got no further in resolving the matter Please do not buy from this company as they are not interested in their customers or refunding your money back with their faulty goods

If I could give no stars thats what I would do.
I bought a moonlamp costing near £70 for a valentines gift for my wife with a picture of our wedding day as it looks nice on the website. Ordered end of January and received this on the 11th March, the item looks nothing like what they advertise plus it does not work. Do not waste your time let alone your money this company are complete scammers.
