Absolutely appalling quality for what you pay! Wouldn’t ever consider buying again for the amount of money I paid for a ‘glass’ Spotify plaque that came with smudges and scratches on!!!

Ordered a Spotify plaque end of jan only just come today all the reviews on the site looked lovely payed an extra 3.99 for a wooden stand like a canvas goes on when being painted and it’s come today 23rd and it’s plastic it’s so scratched and the stand o got was to plastic pegs like w*f there is no number I now can’t log into my account the email is invalid so can’t acsess it so DO NOT BUY OFF HERE. Lost 23:99 so disappointed as it was a birthday present

i ordered a spotify plaque, waited 6 weeks for it come to get an email saying it had been delievered already. i’ve emailed 10 times now and they won’t do anything about it.

The company is a scam takes money and fails to send or reply to emails should be closed down. Ive got trading standards to look into it now to get it shut down

It’s a scam do not buy from this company pls listen. I ordered a glass Spotify plaque and it took 4 weeks to come. 4 weeks when I payed £8 delivery. When it came it wasn’t even glass it was plastic and it was all scratched to s**t. I have just got scammed £20 and I have emailed them 10
Times in the past few days and they can’t even be arsed to email me back

Absolutely shocking I ordered on 24th of December and still no lamp!

Never arrived. Do not use! Utter scam and waste of money.

Nothing but problems they say they are uk based its coming from china ive asked 11 times now did my photo get uploaded or not they havent told me just keep repeating its on its way. Joke of a company

I wish I would have known this before I ordered anything from it. £75 put of pocket for receiving none physically and mentally. All my bad experiences are as same as others' on Photomoonlamp reviews. Didnt receive what I ordered, couldn't get refund because I didnt pay for international shipping insurance, said they. Finally, blackmail me after all in 3 days and so on, feedback email/every hour.

I ordered a moon lamp in December as there website looked good!! I paid £11 for fast track delivery which it did not turn up till seven days later! After I opened it it looked a shambles as it did not look anything like it should!! The picture used did not look like the people on the photo!! Absolutely shocking, tried to contact them but there is only an email address, no phone contact!! You get no reply’s back!!

Really bad quality looks nothing like the pictures and ignores email

Ordered x2 on December 10th 2020, arrived today on December 31st - 6 days later than advised but cannot really fault due to COVID & Christmas. Didn't have much hope after reading previous reviews, but the lamps arrived & actually look somewhat decent - one looks better than the other, but I suppose it depends on the picture you give them as one of mine got slightly cropped and now my girlfriend looks bald haha. Feels a little cheap, but it looks to be 3D printed so is bound to feel that way. Overall I'm actually satisfied with them, as for 20 quid it makes a nice little gift!

Brilliant gift so happy with my purchase and will consider getting another for myself. Would definitely recommend to others.

Only enquiring stopped the whole order. Paid for engraving nothing had. Athorough look around nothing. Took ages to make sense y it took so long. The ad shows tap to light up I having to pick up and shake to work it. Extremely disheartenend as this was meant to be a Xmas present NEVER AGAIN FROM THESE

ordered a engraved moon lamp on the 8th december, payed extra 20£ for it to be delivered with in 5/8 days, its now 24th and its still in HongKong, was a christmas gift for my mum!!

Ordered a key ring and paid £10 for quick delivery and two weeks later still nothing, no emails, still shows as processing and they don’t respond to emails. Awful.

The product is shambolic, looks nothing like the photo online. This is a scam!! The moon is plastic, the photo barely shows and the light is not bright at all and why is the light red. Dont ever order from this website.

I ordered a custom photo 3D moon lamp as a Christmas gift. I received it in reasonable time and was kept updated with it's progress and received tracking details etc so no complaints on that front.
However, I was very disappointed with the product itself. The image on the lamp is quite faint and nowhere near as clear and defined as the images on the website suggest. I conveyed my disappointment to the company who said that they cannot refund or replace as it is personalised. I don't feel that the lamp is adequate to give as a gift and so I am now out of pocket and feel I have been misled.
Something to consider before opting for a personalised lamp, they are not cheap and the images on the website are not a true reflection of the actual product supplied.

Frank could not have been more helpful in giving me timeframes and advising me on the best way to get it on time. If the product is half as good as I’m the service my wife and son are in for a real treat

We ordered a lamp on the 18th November and received it 3rd December only 12 working days. We received tracking information when it was shipped and sent to couriers. We did get in touch with their customer services to check everything was ok and got a quick reply from a lady called sally. It arrived in one piece ( not broken) and we are very pleased with the product and service, would definitely recommend.
