Can't believe how fast they are
Can't believe how fast they are. This was my 1st time loan without a broker, but they made me so happy and confident. They treat old n new customer same, not like my previous bank AFG who punished my loyalty from so long

Smooth and easy like in sci-fi movie :-)
I refinanced my mortgage with Nano with almost no effort. All happened over internet in a few easy to follow steps, all accepted and completed in 20 days after which my home loan disappeared from my old bank account and appeared in a simple nano app on my phone.
I need to mention that my first attempt to refinance was with a competitor, tic:toc home loans, where I could not finish application because they kept asking me more and more questions and documents for no reason.
I do highly recommend Nano Digital Home Loans.

My first review of Nano was deleted by the company. That is why you only see positive reviews. I have been mislead, had an adverse record placed against my credit file with no detailed explanation.
Be wary when using Nano. Your credit rating is affected immediately on application before you even provide verified details of proof of income. Don’t use them unless you are happy to have an adverse activity listed on your credit rating as soon as you hit the application button.

We need to address the factual inaccuracies you’ve provided in your comment.
Submitting an application for any home loan requires a credit check. With Nano, credit files are marked when your loan application is complete and when we are looking to make a credit decision. This does not happen until the last stage of the application and our eligibility criteria has been met. All customers are informed that Nano will perform a credit bureau check at the same time as privacy consent is requested, which requires your consent to continue. We can send you a screenshot of this stage if you want?
There are four main steps in our online application process which involves valuing your property, checking your credit score and repayment history, validating your income, expenses and ability to service the loan and lastly verifying your identity.
You can find out your credit score online by visiting clearscore.com.au. We recommend checking this regularly as it will factually show you if there is any impact from your financial behaviour. There are a lot of misconceptions in the market about this.
If you would like to discuss this further, our Customer Support team are more than happy to take your call. You can reach us on 13 NANO (13 6266).
My decision to go with Nano
Nano answered all my questions very honestly and I decided they were definitely worth switching. Incredibly simple and my only complaint is against my previous bank for not advising all the costs before settlement. Will never be returning my mortgage back to that bank. Well done Nano on a quick and simple settlement

Easy to apply, but I needed to follow up few times for them to book settlement. There was a delay from Nano in this regard.

Best digital home loan lender
As advertised, it's been a pleasant experience for me. Love the mobile app and it's informative and easy to use. An offset account has been provided which is transactional account as well with a debit card. I'm super happy with my decision to switch to Nano and I ain't got anything to complain yet.
