They moved their loan to AMP. Worst thing is they have added the "Unregistered Dealings" in the Title. Which means now i am unable refinance to AMP. I have called AMP 10 times and they have no idea... Voir plus

Impressively easy and fast process
Wow, everything is super easy and fast - 11 days from the first initial online application to having the loan refinanced with Nano. I love the easiness of the process and the fact that once you give them the option to look into your finances you don't need to provide any documents like rental agreements, pay slips or tax returns. Obviously the rate is one of the cheapest out there, but more than that, the process is very smooth and easy. I had a question at one stage and called the number - no waiting time, no call back later, got a response straight away. The app seems impressive and we are still to look into all its features. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

So easy, so fast
So easy, so fast, only complaint i have is that i couldnt choose the date of repayments and now my payments are due 2 days before my payday. They say this is a feature being added soon though (Changing payment dates)

Great experience with no surprises
I switched to Nano after applying with another 'digital' bank that was 0.01 per cent cheaper, but ended up asking me to do lots of paperwork and jump through hoops (who has a printer anymore?). I was able to complete the Nano application quickly and 100% online and there were no surprises along the way with hidden fees (which is always a concern with lenders). They only charged the standard title transfer fee and nothing else. They kept me informed the whole time and their platform is easy to use. The app to manage my loan is pretty cool and has some features I like (creating 'vaults' or sectioning off parts of your redraw for specific purposes). All in all, I couldn't be happier with the decision to move and think that other banks should watch their backs.

My crusty old Broker told me it was not possible to refinance in under 30 days....So I did it myself with Nano and they settled in less than 14 working days.....and I didn't have to leave my desk : )

Very happy customer!
Fantastic, easy experience with both the loan application process and setting up the app and debit card. Loan application was approved within the same day and we were well informed of every step from start to settlement. App seems pretty easy to use. To top it all off 1.99% with no fees, can’t ask for more than that.

Yesterday my home loan started with Nano, so early days yet..
However I would like to say the process was extremely easy (once I got over all my internet safety concerns).
I was the part that slowed up my approval with doubts, research, and questioning, afterall it is a new style of home loans and I was sceptical like most people are.
The Nano staff on the phones were amazing and helpful and answered all my questions and explained things to me clearly. Even when I had an issue with my application they guided me through it
and sorted it out swiftly.
All communication has been wonderful and easy (phone conversations and emails).
I am pleased with my decision to refinance with Nano and recommend them.

We moved to Nano for their no bul^%&it interest and comparison rate.
The application process was truly impressive, with zero paperwork and only took around 15 minutes.
We weren't approved straight away (we knew this due to having some self-employment), however we were approved the next day.
Communication was great and everyone we spoke to along the way was friendly and knowledgeable.
The app is great. It has a small learning curve, but otherwise does everything you need. The only feature I'd love to see implemented is scheduled/recurring transfers (at least to your own Vaults).
A fantastic way to (non) bank!

Nano's process was quick & easy
Nano's process was quick & easy, the longest part was taking care of discharge form from the bank we were leaving.
Cannot fault Nano's quick response time to any queries and keeping us informed of settlement timeline
Only improvement that could be made is to MSA (Nano's Legal Partner) response time to meet the same Nano standard.

Was nice and easy to get started
Was nice and easy to get started, I transferred my loan from another lender.
Support team was very responsive, very friendly and easy to get along with. I didn't feel like I was part of some giant machine where you have to move between 3 queues to get anywhere.
The mobile app is good and relatively easy to use.
4 stars only because they don't have a web app yet and I generally prefer to do things via my main computer as opposed to on my phone.

We asked our "Big 4" bank for a better…
We asked our "Big 4" bank for a better interest rate after being with them over three properties for almost 10 years. We were up front and said if the deal wasn't decent we'd refinance... what did we get? Variable rate went from 3.36% down to 3.32%............. well done big bank!
Enter some well tuned targeted advertising (good job Nano) and we thought "1.99, why not!??!?!?!??"
Nano were on fire and handled everything super fast, with absolute professionalism.
Our loan wasn't done in minutes or same day like some (it took a couple of weeks) but all things considered we were SO IMPRESSED with the process and the service from the Nano team!!!!!!!!!
10/10 - anyone who is looking for a better deal should get on board with Nano :)

just effortless...i refinanced my house with another provider and it took 7 months to get sorted. IT was panful. This was the opposite. Thank you Nano.
