They moved their loan to AMP. Worst thing is they have added the "Unregistered Dealings" in the Title. Which means now i am unable refinance to AMP. I have called AMP 10 times and they have no idea... Voir plus

Super happy with the whole process
Super happy with the whole process. I've had a few home loans and this is by far the most smooth and easiest system I've encountered. The loan rate is great as well!

A very satisfied customer
From the outset, Nano was there to answer my multiple queries and explain the process without any obligation or sales pressure. My bank couldn't compete with Nano's low interest rate, despite the decades of loyalty I gave them. Once I decided to leave my bank, the Nano home loan application and assessment was so quick and easy - with less hassle and outdated steps that banks normally use.
My loan was in place within record time. Now I have easy access to my Nano account through my phone and the comparable savings I continue to secure makes me wonder why this could not have come sooner.

Just WOW
I couldn't believe my eyes, when I got loan approval from Nano almost instantly after completing the online forms.
Settlement happened 3 weeks later, seamlessly.
The app is intuitive and I just love the idea of the Vault feature.. This company really hits all the things I want from a loan.
My biggest frustration with my previous lender was "loyalty tax"; which Nano knocks on the head. And I'm so pleased with the competitive rates!

Easiest refinance ever
Perfect service from Nano. Best interest rate around and convenient offset account. Hoping to see a few more features in the app like scheduled payments to other bank accounts but other then that would definitely recommend.

Would recommend it
Quick, polite, informative and flexible. I felt the loans officers I spoke with knew their product and could address all my queries and hesitancy, esp since this new-style product requires them to have a snapshot of your bank accounts in order to have a proper picture of your finances.

You know how you read reviews and you think all the good ones are written by the company themselves. Well this isn't one of those! For reals. It's reals.
Anyways Nano are good eggs. They really don't treat you like a number and genuinely want you as a customer. I found the application process very efficient and fast. And I really couldn't fault their customer service - friendly, efficient and fast.
Their app is pretty good but is just lacking the ability to schedule payments and also pay id. Not a deal breaker but does mean I need to keep my ING account open a little longer until they release those features. But their investor rate smashed ING's rate. So NANO for the win!

Wow. Very impressive process. Really shows the rest, how it should be done. Only one form actually signed in the whole process. Everything else done via DocuSign. All authentications via OTA. Nano home loan application process
Our experience applying to refinance our home loan with Nano was second to none. The process was so smooth and quick compared to experiences with traditional banks that we felt it was too good to be true. It is true and I can highly recommend Nano. Ditch the red tape and drawn out process with the big banks and give Nano a go. You won't regret it!

The initial application took us a bit longer as we were not prepared & didn't have all our information together, but Nano were very good with their communications & offers to help. Once the application was completed, approval was very quick, and Nano kept us updated all the way through to settlement, alleviating a lot of the stress.

Nano digital home loans have fantastic customer service, it was truly a great digital experience from start to finish.
We got a great rate on our refinance and it took under 24 hours from approval to receiving our docs to be signed.
