They moved their loan to AMP. Worst thing is they have added the "Unregistered Dealings" in the Title. Which means now i am unable refinance to AMP. I have called AMP 10 times and they have no idea... Voir plus

It was a great experience using Nano, after being frustrated with other banks taking forever to issue approval for my property, i applied with Nano and had an approval come through in 24 hours with a better rate than the other banks i was considering using. It really took the stress and hassle out for me. Would DEFINITELY use again!!

Application process was fast and simple. Settlement was quick with minimum interaction which typically means background work was strong.

Fantastic experience with re-financing
Fantastic experience with re-financing my loan. After the scare of having to provide my bank account details and pass-words, (which was all OK in the end) I loved the hassle-free experience. I was kept informed at all steps of the process and am now enjoying the low interest rate and savings on my home loan. Easy access to the app and easy banking process.

It's totally understandable that you would be apprehensive to provide your banking details during the application process. However, we never see or store your personal account details, and we use 256-bit encrypted from end-to-end, so you can be sure your information is safe and secure.
We only view the same information that you would supply if you were to manually upload your documents, except the process is faster, more reliable and requires less effort on your part.

My loan refinance application was so easy...
My loan refinance application was unconditionally approved within 24 hours, and the application itself took around 30 minutes. Such a simple process with minimum effort. The team at Nano are also very responsive and provided me with great service. Would definitely recommend using Nano.

Leading Technology and Experience
The process was super simple. Applied in about 15 mins on Thursday night, pre approved right away and fully approved next day. The best thing is I didn't have to send them any documents or work out my expenses. I just provided Nano access to my banking and they worked everything out for me automatically. It was a really smart and slick process. One of my best online experiences for sure to take whats usually a complex process of refinancing and making it uber simple. Cant rate these guys enough !

This is the benchmark for home loans
This is probably my 6th or 7th time financing or refinancing of my mortgage and has been by far the best experience.
Unbelievably painless application process, great follow up (Kevin was extremely helpful). Settlement went like clockwork and everything has been set up without issue.
Only thing I would like to see is a proper redraw facility but I went in knowing that wasn’t available. Glad I did!

I moved from Commonwealth Bank to Nano
I moved from Commonwealth Bank to Nano, and I’m so glad I did as on the day of settlement CBA were dragging their heels being difficult until the very end of the settlement day. Nano were there to support me through the process. My initial application to refinance was approved in around 10 minutes. No major bank can beat this kind of service. If you want no frills, no bull then look no further than Nano.

Amazing experience
My current mortgage was with a well known Teir2 bank. Not one of the big 4, but a well known player just below them.
Upon receiving a letter about my fixed interest period ending, I thought I would try NANO by applying online. I could not believe how easy it was. I had unconditional approval in about 8 minutes!! From their I had excellent communications through the completion of the process. Could not fault NANO.... amazing company to deal with!

Refinance Made Easy
Applied to refinance my loan with Nano on Saturday. Had it approved unconditionally within 48 hours. Simple and straightforward process. This move will save $$$$$ off of my loan. Would highly recommend Nano.

Very pleasantly surprised how easy this was to refinance my home loan and I have managed to reduce my mortgage by 10 years with almost the same monthly payment. Would definitely recommend nano home loans. They treat you like a real person unlike some banks I could mention.
