They moved their loan to AMP. Worst thing is they have added the "Unregistered Dealings" in the Title. Which means now i am unable refinance to AMP. I have called AMP 10 times and they have no idea... Voir plus

Fast and simple
Nano offered the cheapest interest rates for our loan. The approval process was very simple and very fast (once you get over the concept of having your bank account scraped). We were the ones holding things up, having documents reviewed by our lawyers, and that was the expensive part of the process. There were no silly questions about how much we spent on food. Their contract documents, while lengthy, were relatively easy to understand and seemed standard to our lawyers (no redback spiders). Friendly, knowledgeable staff keen to help. They took care of everything. Would strongly recommend Nano.

Lowest rates available and the process couldn’t be easier. Took only 10 min and did it all myself compared to my previous bank which took months to settle and lots of physical papers to print, sign and express post…Nano is light years ahead of anyone else!

Impressed by the smooth mortgage transfer process and the competitive interest rate. Hopefully, will get status as a 'Bank' at some point so there is less risk to the funds in the offset account.

Wow. Quick and great communication throughout.
Wow! What a positive experience. Assessment, approval and documents sent to me within 48 hrs. Great communication throughout the process. Settled my loan the day after my old loan came off fixed rate (timed perfectly) I am now going to refinance my other investment loans across to Nano after 20 years with another bank. Thank you for such great customer service, something not that common these days.

Great service and so easy to switch. And the rate match between new and existing customers means I don’t have to worry about calling a rate review every 6 months. They give existing customers the same rate as their ads for new customers.

Easy as one, two, three...
Finally the difficult days of applying for a mortgage are over. The whole process, completely online, was done in less than half an hour with conditional approval given on the spot. Best of all, no fees, and one great rate for all customers, new or old. That is only fair. Say goodbye to your bank...

I was with Comm bank then switched to Nano bank. Really low interest rate compare to major banks. I’ happy with Nano bank. There are things needs to be improved such as transaction limit increasing but they have kind and friendly people to fix your problem. Great customer services and quick action. Thank you Maryam. Refinanced with nano
Refinanced with nano. Process was simple and straight forward. Kept me informed every step. Only problem I had was previous bank were dragging their feet and nit picking to make things drag on more. All finished now and glad to be rid of them. Nano app appears good and easy to understand. So far, it's been positive and I will be saving money every month. When I have rung, got through in a few minutes and spoke to someone I could understand. Whatever they said they would do, they did. So far it has been a good experience.

I applied on a Friday, and by Sunday afternoon had unconditional approval. No bricks and mortar bank can beat that. Settlement was hassle free- all handled by Nano. Just waiting for new loans to be available, not just re-fi's

Easy, quick and transparent
It was super easy to file an application and get conditional approval within a matter of a few minutes. And an unconditional approval in a few hours.
The settlement process was smooth.
Very competitive interest rate and I really like their one rate for all their customers' approach.

An honest, efficient and modern home loan provider
We wanted to refinance our home loan to a lower rate, and we are so happy we picked Nano. Not only is their rate extremely competitive, but they live up to their claims of being transparent, fast and easy to use. A lot of the back-end stuff (contracts, PEXA stuff) was automated. One of their team contacted us regularly throughout the process and were super helpful and happy to answer any questions. Also their app (which you can't use until your loan is settled) is great. It's intuitive, well designed and geared towards helping you pay off your loan faster (rather than other banks which hide details and subtly try to convince you to go into more debt). Very very happy with Nano!

Nano does all that it says... Easy and on time
Nano wasn't the first fully on line lender I have used but it was definitely one of the easiest. All forms are submitted electronically. They called a few times to make sure everything was tracking right, settlement went exactly as planned on the date I requested. Once it was all done I got access to the app and set up all my log on details easily even loaded my debit card straight on to googlepay.

My experience with Nano Refinancing Service has been excellent so far.
Refinancing Process was smooth hassle free and very quick. Most importantly, it is very low cost home loan.
Customer service was excellent. I wanted to change my name after the settlement. A friendly customer service representative has done the job very quick.
Nano App is very good and easy to use. I like the Offset Sub Account concept that I have never use in other banks.
