They moved their loan to AMP. Worst thing is they have added the "Unregistered Dealings" in the Title. Which means now i am unable refinance to AMP. I have called AMP 10 times and they have no idea... Voir plus

Quick and very slick
I've had a fantastic remortgaging experience with Nano. Approval was very quick and very easy. About 90 minutes from starting my application to unconditional approval. Good communications throughout the transfer process, and all of the new technology has worked first time. And I'm very impressed with the App and banking experience, it's super slick and I'm getting a great rate. A very happy customer.

Would highly recommend as a home loan provider
Seamless experience from applying to settlement. I did a refinance which needed a bit of back and forth between Nano and my previous home loan provider. But the communication from Nano was great, all via email. They kept me updated and answered any questions I had during the entire process. Would recommend. I have just setup the app and started using it. Liking the interface, design and usability so far. Would highly recommend as a home loan provider.

Hassle free refinancing
The Nano team made our refinancing experience a breeze. Very streamlined process and no fuss process. Even when we had to get additional documents they were clear in their communication what they needed and no fuss. Our bank of 14 years could learn a thing or 2 about real customer service. We have refinanced to Nano and we are very happy.

Luxurious digital experience and great rate
The application process was very easy, and the approvals came through quickly. Comes with a credit card / account - pretty much everything thats needed as a one-stop shop. The app is top grade, really feels like a streamlined digital-first process.
The couple of issues I faced were:
1. Took a while to hear back on how to deal with the shortfall / trust account details.
2. Couldn't have the mortgage split
That aside, I am still left feeling like this was a luxurious experience - and an ultra-competitive rate, which should float with the market - without getting pegged unfavourably, which is exactly what happened with my previous mortgage providers.

Process was easy and quick
Process was easy and quick. The settlement was so easy we didn’t even have to do anything. Small things with the identity confirmation my camera doesn’t work (wasn’t aware could use someone else’s phone). And lastly we sent forms but they were rejected cause they were printed double sided. We weren’t advised they couldn’t be double sided. Only tiny matter but would be important to know for other people applying to avoid any delay.

The requirement for mortgage documents to be printed single sided is a legal requirement based on which state the property is located. The printing instructions are included in the digital documents email sent to you. We will work with our document provider to make these instructions clearer.

I have enjoyed my Nano experience up…
I have enjoyed my Nano experience up until the point where the app proved unusable on my android device. With no other way to access or manage my account I am unable to make payments, create vaults or anything that involves the need of my mobile keyboard. There is no backup option for account access other than an app that clearly needs work.
Update: It seems that is not the app that needs work but rather IT's advice. I am not a techno whiz but I did manage to find a solution to the app issue which was as simple as updating my version of Android. In hindsight it makes sense that a new app would be based on the latest system technology. It would have saved weeks of frustration and hours of trouble-shooting if IT could have suggested this in the first instance.

Fast, Fuss Free & Easy
Super happy to have re financed our home loan with Nano. We have been putting off the process for sometime, but really surprised at how fast, fuss free and easy it has been. The App has all the information we need!
