Really impressed with Healix…
Really impressed with National Friendly and Healix. I contacted the medical team to check whether my claim was eligible and received a response the same day requesting some further information. Within 48 hours, I had a final decision with a clear explanation.

Kindness was very Important
The person I spoke to was extremely polite, kind and very helpful,Her name was Nicky, she didn't mind repeating what she had said. It made the whole experience Absolutely Fantastic.I have no hesitation in recommending National Friendly to my family and friends. I have a learning disability and I struggle with forms and Technology,to have it explained in something that I could understand.

I found the member of staff advising and sincere.
I found the member of staff, ED, very helpful in giving advise, at the same time not forceful in attempting to get more commitment from myself. He advised me with sincerity, and as a result I will be returning shortly to purchase life plans for my wife.

I have just realised at the end of my policy I will have paid in over £7,000 and only get paid out on my death £3,740. I will cancel my policy and put money where it can earn money, not lose.
