Very Happy long term customers

I’m not happy with the policy when I buy it they says if you have anything which you can’t work we will pay you when I go for Claim. This is this thing and then thing different type of questions at the end they says you can’t claim

They are friendly, very accommodating and helped me out in a time of need. Libbie Hall particularly did an excellent job in turning around an urgent query correctly first time and within minimal time. Trap for all clients. When you sign a contract with them and then wish to resign, you have problems getting started. On the account website, you can not find anything about cancelling this contract by yourself. This way, they force you to keep this insurance without a chance to cancel. I had informed them about cancelling this contract, and I am the only one cancelling Direct Debit, as their agent advised me. This does not resolve the problems; they are still sending me letters with unpaid bills. Dishonesty and lack of responsibility by this company led to customers like me being mentally and financially harmed, and left them without resolving the problem.

Sophie the lady who i spoke with was very explanatory when I had questions never made things seem rushed and my option was validated made my first payment on the day and my welcome pack came quickly with numbers and all information my family will need which doingbthis I know I've already taken some of tge financial stress off my family and that has made me feel much better as their goin to be dealing with enough so just trying to ease some of the stress has made me happier losing a loved one is hard enough so by having this policy does not stop the pain it just helps in at the right time when they will need support especially financially so we all know this is not an easy thing to do but if tge worst happens to you will your loved ones have the mi ey to give you a send off you deserve so take the stress ofvthem by getting a policy that will help you and your loved ones left behind
