The lady I believe her name was Nicky thou I'm not 100% sure but she dealt with me over the phone last week and sorted out a second policy for me
She was extremely helpful and very patient to get as close to what I was looking for and most importantly the reason I have not taken out policy with other companies is she was not pushing me into signing up to the policy and was very happy to give me days to be sure this is what I want and to talk it over with others this is something I have never been given before normally I am trying to come up with excuses to get off the phone just because I want time to think about it where this time I was offered a call back in a few days to give me the chance to think about it and I highly appreciate that and the pressure tactics are way too much normally and are getting worse over the years
Along with this lady's welcoming and friendly attitude towards me in the future I would be happy to deal with you all the time and not consider that shopping around could do me better and would wish if you have a way to thank her you would do so

I talk to lisa, and she was amazing brilliant woman; Lisa is kind and polite person and the world needs a lovely person like her.

Awful, don’t bother getting this at all. I have been off work since 15th April and I made a claim 30th April and I’ve not had a penny off of them since. This is supposed to be finance protection, to support you with bills when you off work. I haven’t been able to do that for 2 months. Tried ringing, no answer and they said they would call me back as my call has been noted down. No call back. Poor communication, income protection my arse. Don’t bother at all with this company.

I realised this later. Katie the second
operative I spoke to made a correction to one or two of the first chaps statements. This made me question the suitability of the company and I cancelled the policy the next day.
