Faulty replacement
Replacement windscreen scratched,re ordered,fitted another scratched windscreen,3rd replacement windscreen had a huge imperfection in the laminate so not fitted,at this point I complained & was refunded my windscreen excess

Very quick to respond and clear about the procedure. Our technician, Matt Hamlet, rang us to tell us his ETA and that's always good as you can hang around all day not knowing when to expect someone. He was pleasant and very efficient and easy to have around. All in all very satisfactory. Thankyou

Repair unable to do repair at home as weather was unpredictable, he came and picked the car up took it to the garage to do the repair. He was polite and professional throughout.
