Easy, quick and cracking customer service
It was really quick and easy to book in on my phone. They came on time and it take long to swap out the screen. Your technician was great as well - my 4 year old wqs really interested in everything he was doing and he took the time to show him everything and even set him up with a little seat to watch. Dibby was Top class.

Very good customer service from all involved in my windscreen repair
Very good customer service, kept me informed, updated and even offered me a cancellation slot, which I couldn’t take, due to work commitments.
The windscreen repair was quick and easy to arrange.
I only have one snag… It would have been great to visit a windscreen repair centre a little close to my postcode.
However, it’s a minor point and I can’t fault the service and friendliness of the guys at the Salisbury branch and customer service department, whenever I called them for some assistance.

Vehicle booked in early , was met by a member of staff , who carried out a few checks , then got on with the job . Work completed In timescale I was given . A
Quick check with some helpful hints and I was on my way again .

Windscreen replacement …
We had to fix a crack in our windscreen. Organising it through our insurance company was very easy. It took us to the national windscreen website where we loaded a photo, booked an appointment and paid the excess. We got an appointment within a few days and the windscreen replacement was all efficiently carried out at our home address.
