Ordered a shower 08/09/2022. Payment was taken and a confirmation email was sent to me.
15/09/2022 still waiting for the shower to be despatched so contacted nationwide bathrooms and was informed the shower was out of stock and would be 3/5weeks before it would be available. Basically don't expect any customer communication.

Very good service with people at the end of the phone to help

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE AND ON GOOGLE. They will take your money, you will not have any emails, calls or queries answered and you WILL be fighting to get your money back. Disgusting, they will be closed down. If anyone has paid with a credit card, do what I’m doing and claim through your bank, don’t let them steal your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

28/9/22 - So, Andrew, seeing as you are giving a little reply to the odd positive bit of feedback on here about this terrible company, how about a little reply to all the negative reviews? Going to give me my money back without me chasing via my credit card company? Answer any emails? I thought not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

26/10 - Visa card company has completely refunded me after these utter thieving cowboys stole my money! Fantastic! TO ANYONE ELSE WHO THIS COMPANY HAS RIPPED OFF, GET YOUR EVIDENCE AND PUT IN A CLAIM.

Ordering was straight-forward. Delivery was prompt. However, while the seat was in a suitably sized box with padding, the outer box it was transported in was huge and the seat had not been taped down at all. Given the battered state of the outer box, therefore, it is amazing that the toilet seat and its own little box were undamaged. It was a relief to open the boxes and find the seat in perfect condition.

Easy to order, good price. Delivery was quick and the item looks good quality. It was my second order now and with the first one there were on issues either. Will use again when needed.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I had to engage my credit card company to get my money. This company is a waste of time. Go to a normally functioning business because this one seems a scam. I am surprised that UK allows this kind of business practices and company is still operating

At the time of delivery one item in my order was missing. It would have been good if you could have advised me in advance as your driver was neither sure or aware of what was missing?

No communication concerning a delivery date for my order so I cancelled it using the online form. No acknowledgement of this, so I sent an e-mail to customer support to confirm cancellation. Still no reply. Fortunately my credit card company were willing to refund the payment I had made for goods ordered.

Avoid… Avoid… AVOID!!! In February I received a bathroom mirror that I had ordered, in preparation for my new bathroom. Unfortunately, due to covid and other delays, the bathroom fitting was delayed from March until May. The renovation took 4 weeks in total and it wasn’t until June when we got the chance to finally connect and hang the mirror I had saved up for. The mirror was a globe plus which had all the added extras (blootooth etc). The company sent me the WRONG ONE! They sent me a standard Globe. It wasn’t until we turned on the mirror and we couldn’t get the blootooth to work that we realised this. The mirror looked exactly the same, and was the same size. The box was very plain with a sticker the company had placed on it saying it was a Globe plus!! We have emailed relentlessly for them not to reply…. We have phoned their order line to be transferred to customer service, to be told that because we hung the mirror, there is nothing they can do for us! They have refunded us the difference between the 2 mirrors, but that’s not what we wanted! We want the correct mirror. I wouldn’t have paid that much money for a plain bog-standard mirror. They refuse to rectify the issue! After reading all the other terrible reviews, I wonder how this company is still in business?!!

Life is too short to catalogue the experience I had with this company, suffice to say all the previous negative reviews include most of the problems I experienced.
9 months after I paid for goods that were never delivered I won my court case and got my money back.

Was told it wld arrive by the Friday and it didn’t then was told it would arrive on the 17 August but didn’t arrive. Did get it the next day but I was out. It was left at the side of house as I did leave a message on door just in case. Felt the communication wasn’t great .

Ordered the toilet seat online to replace a broken one , delivery was quick., item is exactly same as description, good quality

I would give zero stars if I could....
Worst company to deal with, I had false promises of delivery daily.
I asked to be called back approximately 20 times
(I wasn't called back once)
To then eventually be told there was a mix up and the item hadn't left their warehouse.
I am now awaiting a refund which I might have to pursue through my bank. SCAM COMPANY AVOID.
