Great value for money however 3 weeks they were promised deliver. After 4 telephone calls, 2 emails, it finally arrived on the 4th week. Unfortunately the delivery driver was to call me beforehand, which the did not leaving my disabled wife, Karon, to calm the dogs and accept accept the delivery 😞

Terrible in every way

Toilet was delivered and dropped and broken by the delivery driver - took 4 weeks to arrange for the swap but we did eventually receive a replacement.

The Heritage toilet seat arrived and looks to be a second. One of the fixings has not been manufactured correctly and so we cannot fit it. Photo emailed to Nationwide Bathrooms and no reply - this was 6 weeks ago with many chases.

When I telephone now, my call is placed in a never ending queue. It is like my number has been added to a "do not answer" list. I called from my work computer while my mobile was "on hold" and it was answered quite quickly. My husband did the same and had the same result. I would imagine these numbers have also now been added to the do not answer list.

When you do get through the chap is nice enough and very helpful. Its all talk and no action however, we still do not have a toilet seat!

Great product. Well made and delivered on time. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The bath drain arrived safely and quickly. The box was a bit battered but the content wasn't particularly fragile so it's OK.
We were kept up-to-date on the delivery with frequent messages.

What a completely disappointing waste of time experienced trying to obtain a sink vanity unit from this company.
Order and payment taken right away 30 May 2022.
13 June - no information since order, phoned and told item 'non-standard' (no indication reviously) and awaited from Spain, expected delivery 24 June. (I sent a follow up written message via their system requesting better communication and updates - nothing received back at all.)
22 June - phoned them again, told item en-route from Spain and expected by 29 June. Reported definitely coming. (No communication wasn't arriving by previously promised 24 June)
28 June - phone yet again (now 4 weeks elapsed). Told item still awaited, on back order (?) and has been chased. Told again definitely coming.
5 July - Still no communication so phoned again. Told again 'on it's way and expected Friday'.
I said I didn't believe them, had lost faith and wanted order cancelled and my money back. Requested e-mail to confirm this would be done. Got an email to effect ... 'otem cancelled and passed to accounts for you'.
12 July - another week passes and no refund received. Phoned again - told refund requested now and payment should come through within couple of days.
13 July - full refund finally received.
Summary:
I had to do all the phoning and contact.
Received no communication or contact from them despite various empty promises and deadlines.
Don't think I spoke to same person twice (call centre?).
On occasion I was responded to quite curtly and seemingly without any concern on their part.
Why was item advertised on their site if 'non-standard' and likely very long delivery (assuming the item actually exists in stock somewhere).
Will never ever use this company again and suggest others consider very carefully if this route is a good option for them.

Found product cheaper and had free delivery which came within 7 days. Will be using again for the other bathroom I'm about to upgrade.

I contacted Nationwide bathrooms to help find some tiles that had been discontinued. I found them to be extremely professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that the tiles i was looking to order were as close a match as i could get. They arrived a few days later, and was extremely happy with the product.

The overall experience with Nationwide Bathrooms was
seamless bought online, the vanity unit was delivered on time great overall service.

Good price. Delivered fairly quickly. Easy to contact on the phone and helpful when I did.

Advertise stock that isn’t available/discontinued, and keep your money. Try ringing them and any option other than new sales lead to a dead end. They don’t reply to emails. Even the link on your email order to contact them takes you to a no reply address. The cancellation form on their website doesn’t work.

No wonder they don’t accept PayPal as people would be claiming left right and centre. At least I paid by credit card so can try and claim through them but they’ve essentially stolen £300 of my money.

Update- after three weeks called their new sales line again. Four times the line just cut off. Fifth time finally connected and managed to speak to someone and it took him literally all of ten seconds to process my refund, with no explanation of why this couldn’t have been done prior, which I have now received finally. Absolute shambles of a company. Emailing them as they direct you to for any customer services related queries is a total waste of time and they clearly do not bother to monitor these at all- need to keep badgering them on their sales line to get anywhere.

I have had some bad experiences with other bathroom companies.

Nationwide-bathrooms are excellent. I can not fault the service I have been given.

I will certainly use them again.

Quick delivery, fuss free ordering and a good price. The courier was brilliant, phoned up the previous day to check we would be in.

DO NOT USE. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing here. I ordered a toilet (with cistern and sink) and basin for a bathroom renovation. The toilet pan and cistern (no seat or sink) was delivered five days ago. I called and emailed immediately, and have done so every day since, without response. Will complain to Trading Standards if there is no response next week.

Sent me wrong part, then would not reply to emails and message sent through their web site.
I would recommend people spend their money elsewhere.

excellent sevice and fabulous bathroom lights

I was looking to replace a broken cistern. Nationwide were the third company I called - the previous two had taken a couple of days each to say they couldn’t help. Claire, at Nationwide, told me the cistern was discontinued but called the manufacturer while I was on the phone and and said they had some in stock and arranged delivery within the time frame she indicated. Great service!

This company are an absolute disgrace. I ordered two Soft-Close Laufen Pro toilet seat covers in mid-May 2022. They arrived within two days. However, one was broken and had, unbelievably, been returned to them by a previously very unhappy customer. There was a note inside the packaging from said customer explaining that he wanted a refund and had tried calling and emailing several times. For my part, I submitted a request to their so-called customer services dept which automatically emailed me with a case number and stated I would be contacted within three working days.I have had no contact within that time and have since tried calling and sent two follow-up emails. I'm now in the process of getting a refund via my credit card company. Please do not give this organisation your custom. They are a disgrace.

Avoid at all costs! Appalling service - do not use, absolute scammers who sent the wrong product and then refuse refunds.
