No sales pitch just honest advice and guidance with enough easy to understand information for me to make the informed choices that were best for my organisation.
The team at times have gone over and beyond the remit especially when supporting with community based projects and I am very grateful for their time and support.

Gutted :-( Started using them about 3 years ago and had no problems but after an order I put in last year (27/3/18) for all my gloves for the season they sent the wrong size and after several phone calls and promises that it would be sorted never here from them again. Still owed gloves and out of pocket. Can we put a minus star on.

I ordered from them on January the 16th. Ive used them before andthey were ok. Nothing has arrived and no replies to emails.

Ordered a bulk case of gloves in July 2018 and still waiting for them in January 2019 to the cost of £113.00, they answered the phone on 0333 353 356 a couple of times and promised to deliver with all the same excuses as other people have posted. Still no gloves and the phone number is no longer working, also no replies to emails I've sent

Stay well clear of this company, like others have said you won't receive order they take money and don't reply to your messages,further investigation found they look likely to be struck of companies house

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
It is a waste of time trying to contact them, they DO NOT reply.
If you DO NOT receive your order you WILL NOT get a refund or reply to your emails.
Equally it is a waste of effort trying to get satisfaction through NOCHTEX although they process card payments, they admit no responsibility, and are next to useless, although they are still processing payments to Nationwide Workwear, which I pointed out makes them complicit in their fraudulent business..
They do not supply low value orders, as it’s not worth taking them to court for such small amounts, that is, small amounts that must be a very large amount when added together....

Ordered gloves, safety glasses etc. to the tune of £538 - Kept chasing by e-mail. Had one reply in September to say the order would arrive in a few days but since then no reply to a further e-mail and no goods. A disgrace - Don't touch them

Order placed in October. I have been trying to contact them. Nearly Christmas and no item no money no explanation or even communication.
Next step report them.

DO NOT USE - They are thieves.
We returned our items under agreed terms, and never recieved our expected refund of over £300.00
Everytime I got in touch they would say I would have it 'By This Friday' and every time I never recieved it.
I submitted small claims proceedings, to which they have said they will contest! Reading these comments I now see there was no point submitting.
- Reading the positive reviews is laughable! Clearly they were written by Nationwide Workwear themselves.

Despite E-mailing we still have not received our goods!!!

Please do not waste your money, they are a n awful company, I have now issued complaints with trading standards, the tax office for failure to declare and the ombudsman. Unlike most my order was small in comparison but you will never see your order or your refund. The company are rude do not contact by phone. If I could give less than 1 I would.
