Ordered workboots 25.7.18. Not received. No communication & no refund. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Not a reputable company should be closed down. I’ve since ordered & received the boots from elsewhere but am now out of pocket.

Placed large order of gloves.
Paid in advance, nothing arrived after several weeks.
Emails sent, no response.
Anyone know their direct telephone number?

Shockingly bad.
Ordered gloves. Paid by card 27th July.
It's now 21st Aug and still no gloves.
Emailed Nationwide Workwear 15th Aug, got reply telling me:
"The tracking is not showing parcel as delivered. Would you like me to have replacements shipped out for delivery asap. I think we have had an error on our system which has caused this problem. Alternatively we can refund the order in full due to the delay. "

So I email back, asking to resend asap. 1 week later, no gloves, no reply despite my many emails, and no refund of my £117.50.

Terrible service. And I'm still out of pocket

Really can't believe this company .we ordered a 100 pairs of work gloves value 60 pounds . They said order was lost in transit so another order would be sent within 3 days . Now after several emails no reply from them at all . Tried to find a phone number to chase dispute up but can't find any . So think we have been conned .also asked for a refund but no reply to that as yet .going to report them this week to trading standards .hope nobody else gets ripped off . Ordered my gloves now with Amazon as they get disputes sorted .

Wish I had used trust pilot before ordering from this site. Paid for workwear received no email communication whatsoever. Emailed to ask why I was charged and two weeks later still not received any goods or even the decency of answering my email. No contact number to phone either. I don't no how a rouge company like this is even allowed to operate. Think its time something is done about them

I have ordered quiet a few items, and received them, from this company over the years. I ordered some boots on the 11th of May this year and still haven't received them. I have contacted them 3 times to ask when I will be taking delivery of them. Each time I get a reply apologising and saying they will chase the order up, and apologise for the delay. I'm still waiting......

Ordered goods in June not received, lots of excuses but still no goods, I have reported this company to trading standards . Please if you have this experience report them to trading standards otherwise they are just going to continue taking your hard earned money. The more reports that are submitted the more chance there is of getting this stopped.

When will your refund be I am still waiting?

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, ORDER NEVER TURNED UP AND STILL WAITING MY REFUND, I'VE CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS TODAY. LIE AFTER LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've purchased from here before and its been fine. My latest order has not arrived and very poor communication. Luckily I ordered with the account form so I haven't paid this time. I will not be using them again and from the other reviews on here I not the only one who's had problems. Stay well clear.

Unfortunately we too are currently waiting on goods to arrive from this company with no definitive answer as yet as to when we can expect the goods. Tried their offices but the answer machine is continuously saying that they are closed. I do hope that other victims that have posted on here about Nationwide Workwear are reading this as I would like to know whether any of you have been successful in lodging a chargeback with your bank. Please respond if you can. Thanks

Very poor service tried calling every day for the last 2 weeks and it's says there offices are closed.. No good and cost me about 40 pound not happy

Extremely poor definitely a crook has cost me over £90, no goods just lies

Made quite a large order from this company in October last year. By December the order still hadn't arrived. Since then we have been asking for a refund which we are still of course waiting for. Sounds like this company is in trouble, but leaving people out of pocket is theft. They need to cease trading

Still waiting for my order. Promised delivery yesterday. Promised delivery today before 10am. Promised delivery today before 5. Still waiting. Phones say they are closed when you get put through to sales yet when you press option 2 they are open. Told they will ring me back. They don’t!!! Told lie after lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this company. I placed an order in November 2017, still not received in March 2018. Emailed and phoned on a number of occasions, given all sorts of excuses, and each call ended with a promise to send my order out, and it was to be with me in a day or two. Still nothing received. It looks like I have lost my £50.00. I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered.

Be warned - the same guy answers the phone each time - I guess it is a one man band, and in financial difficulties. What other explanation could there be?

Still awaiting order over 1 month now no reply to emails told will be delivered tomorrow on 3 different accessions still waiting told get refund still waiting 1 week later problem still not solved

awful, after 18 emails and 2 phone calls, still no gloves, beware of these thieves, they take your money and lie saying they will post the item then they lie about refunding you. rip off rip off rip off rip off.

Really pleased with my safety boots great value and fast delivery.
