Natures Healthbox Avis 

My experience was so good with Natures Healthbox, the service and the products were good. I am happy...

Purchased some supplements on the 22 March 24 had no updates on dispatch for a few days so was getting worried but had my delivery today via DHL.

My only gripe is that they have an expiry date of July 24 but I've got a year supply. No note of expiry dates on the website.

Placed order & delivery was meant to be 2-3 days. Heard nothing for 2 weeks even after multiple emails. Only got a response when threatened them with police. No apologies, no reason for the delay, just offered a straight refund as if they would not complete my order anyway! Not even a registered company. Are the good reviews even real? Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. P.S. they have been reported.

Scammers! Do not trust! They were happy to take my money and then nothing! I emailed to threaten them with the police (which I'd already passed over to the police) and strangely enough got an immediate response saying my refund is being processed. They said they sent an email prior to this and heard nothing back. Trust me, THEY DIDN'T. I'll be keeping a close eye on my refund. I'd advise anyone going through similar with these scammers to go straight to the police. You definitely won't be the only one.

I had an order from this company a few months ago and it never arrived. They took my money and then no further contact despite calling and several emails. Had to go through my credit card to get the money back as they upheld my claim. Can't believe this company can still operate! This is a message to make you aware... don't just read the first few reviews ...wish I had read more!

No response to my emails or Facebook messages asking when the rest of my order would be delivered. Spammed with endless emails offering 15% off everything on the website. I'd rather have the goods I actually ordered and paid for than a discount off something I'll probably never even get anyway. Scam artists - avoid like the plague.

Running out of porridge found this site and smoothly placed an order. Transaction was easy. Kept informed about delivery and times. Items were packed well. Would highly recommend!

Great company, great ethos and really helpful, I had an issue with my order and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Really happy with everything on Nature's Healthbox. Ordered this time the 5 bar package of Vivani 100% chocolate with cacao nibs after Planet Organic ran out of stock. They arrived on time and perfect and I was even able to reschedule delivery as I was away! Not only that but the 'foam' packaging is made from corn starch so just washes away with water down the sink!

Highly recommend using this company. They are really fast in responses too. If there were 10 stars, I would have given them more.

Placed an order but the site crashed before payment details were completed. They let me know that I had given up ordering, whereas it was their site that gave up. nothing heard over the week since despite my contact so not encouraged to reorder.

I always receive very prompt delivery and excellent communication from Natures Healthbox. A fantastic selection of brands at excellent prices. Nothing is too much trouble and I always recommend to friends and family for a great service.

Items were in stock on their website. I ordered and paid in good faith that if it is in stock, it states on their website and is then picked for shipped immediately, as with all other companies large and small. However, after 8 days I had not received a shipping confirmation. I chased the order and low and behold they do not have any of the items in stock. I think this is a 3rd party website, so it's not actually them that hold the products, and receiving the products paid for is just luck that they can source them. Many websites operate like this (Lyst, etc) but me having to chase to get a £65 refund is unnecessary. I would only order from reputable companies and worth a message in advance to ask how Long the order will take and if they are in fact about to source the items.

I don’t understand a previous reviewer as my experiences with this company have been brilliant very time.

I felt I had to leave a review as I placed an order for a family birthday cake (chocolate &hazelnut). Unbeknown to me their hazelnuts went out of stock bewteen my ordering and them sending out, it was also a period when Royal Mail went on strike. Yet, my order arrived - everything there - with a little note to say that they had run out of hazelnuts but had bought some from M&S for me to make sure I could still bake my cake! Well if that wasn’t the kindest and most thoughtful gesture that any company could do, I was very touched.

I think it is really important to appreciate small companies like this who go the extra mile and work so hard. Very different to the big impersonal industrial mammoths where everything is digitised, yes they have fancy systems that monitor stock control - which is incidentally going to be much harder for an ordinary “real life” whole food shop that also serves the public - but with big companies your custom isn’t even noticed, with these guys it is obvious that they really do notice & care about their customers. Thank you Natures Healthbox!

Appaling service from these guys.

Ordered a number of products. Had delivery confirmation, but nothing turned up at 8 days so contacted them. Was told Royal Mail had lost it (even though Royal Mail website said it was never collected).

Going to resend but one product was missing. Fine I said, they sent other. Products then turned up (now two weeks late) with yet another product missing from the box. Emailed to let them know.

Then had to wait a week but no reply, so chased. Then got a reply (with no apology) to say I would be refunded that product as well (which was the main producted I wanted).

So in the end, half the products, 3 week wait and still haven't got all of my refund back. Avoid at all costs,.

I found Natures Healthbox in a desperate bid to find cheap vegan hot chocolate syrups and stumbled upon their website. I bought about 5 hot chocolate syrups last night and they arrived today! I was so surprised when I received the message from Royal Mail saying they were delivering today. My workplace is freezing but at least now I can enjoy hot chocolate again!
