Top service for many years, efficient, communicative, great selection of stock and deals which have been a god send at times, especially the last 18 months ! Highly recommended !

After placing an order and not receiving it after 2wks I was told they'd resend it once they've received it back! I do not want products that have been shipped around the country for 3 weeks. After asking to cancel the order and get my money back I was told in no uncertain terms that I will no be refunded until they receive the order back and any postage will be deducted. I was also told I was to blame for putting the wrong details in!! Appalling service by ignorant people.

Natureshealthbox contacted me to let me know that they had refunded me for an order that was out of stock. I am happy that we were able to mutually resolve the matter.

So pleased to have found nature’s Healthbox. They have everything under one roof for all my organic and gluten free foods. Delivery was made in the time frame stated on their website. Free samples was a bonus. I would recommend this website.

Been over 6 months since I contacted them. My product arrived damaged and my whole package was covered in honey so I had to throw it away. Voicemail box full and they respond to no emails.

Website is not amazing to use and has faults, including taking double the amount order once, however refunded and responded to promptly. Ordered more times since and prompt postage and no issues.

Just received my second order from Natures health box. Would highly recommend them,products,offers and postage all very good. My order was packed the same day and posted. Postage very quick and considering i live in Northern Ireland,very impressive,particularly with all the problems going on at the moment. Thank you,will be ordering regularly from yourselves.

I ordered some flours and different things from Bob redmills. I had no issues with delivery. I have to say things went smoothly. I will be ordering more things from this website in the future. Thank you! :)

I’ve ordered from Natures Healthbox recently and have been very happy with their service! The website is easy to navigate and they have a great selection of products. I had a query regarding some products that I had ordered but were out of stock and customer service responded in less than a day and resolved the matter promptly. I will order from them again soon!

I placed a couple of orders with Natures Healthbox earlier this week and was very impressed by everything from the notification of product availability, the ease of placing the order online and even being offered a discount as a welcome back gesture. None of these things are anything less than what you would expect from the best service providers but what makes this nothing short of outstanding is the fact that it happens during these times of unprecedented pressure and uncertainty on our society, not the least online retailers like Natures Healthbox. The fact that they managed to maintain the highest standards in tandem with outstanding service by Jon in regards to communication and swift shipping leaves absolutely nothing to wish for!

I placed an order on the website, money was deducted from my bank account but I never received an order confirmation.
I tried to contact them immediately and then again a few days later, i have given them plenty of time to respond given the current circumstances - no response.
I now have to treat as fraud and work with the bank to get my money back.

The products are plentiful, if you want to comment then expect a verging upon rude and sarcastic reply. Personally I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.

I placed my first order with this company as they were the only ones who had a product I needed in stock at the time. The website showed it as available along with a number of other products I ordered.
I spoke to someone on live chat who complained about how busy they were and that they were going ‘to get family in over the weekend’ to help fulfil orders.
I understand there is unprecedented demand for online shopping at the moment but companies should not be accepting orders they cannot fulfil.
My products were not necessarily essential products and so I had no issue in waiting if my order was delayed.
This morning I received a full refund with an email stating the products I ordered were ALL out of stock....but yet you can still order them on their website.

Clearly they just couldn’t be bothered to fulfil the order. Which is fine, as I have found someone else who has stock. If they had been honest and said they were too busy to cope with demand, that would have been fine.

I won’t be returning as a customer. When demand levels go back to normal, I hope companies like this feel the consequences of poor service. A wasted opportunity to secure a loyal customer but maybe they are just too successful to care.

Order was here super fast and 2 of my 400ml drinks were substituted with 1ltr bottles at no extra cost! Highly recommend.

Arrived quickly, well packed, genuine product. Very pleased and will be a return customer!

I ordered goods from Natures Healthbox in November and they have never arrived. The company has not offered a refund or offered to dispatch the goods again, despite several emails exchanged where I have been clear that I never received the goods. They were supposedly delivered by Royal Mail, but I have NOT received anything. Very frustrated with customer service from Natures Healthbox who are not willing to put the customer first. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them.

I guess my previous review was removed. I never got my order, and could not even extract a tracking number until asking for weeks. Some guy named Jon sent vulgar messages when I asked for a refund after waiting a month without a package and no way to retrieve it. Horrible company run by foul mouthed incompetent people who can't even manage to mail a package properly.
