Natures Healthbox Avis 

Bad experience - did not deliver - poor communication and eventual refund.

I am very glad to have discovered natures health box! It's the perfect one stop shop as I found all things I normally buy in other local stores under one roof and without mentioning that fact they are delivered to your door (so no more carrying around heavy boxes!). I ordered during Black Friday deals and got a really good discount. Because of the hectic time of the year, delivery was slightly later than supposed but the team at NaturesHealthBox is been super efficient sending an email in which they let me know about delay and adding few extra free stuff to my shopping as compensation. I will definitely do my next bulk shop again with them and I am going to spread the voice on how good they are. Thank you NaturesHealthBox!

Fast delivery of items ordered...well packed.. excellent job.

Products OK but packaging was damage with hole, invoice was ripped and paper with the weight info was crushed up in the box would think twice about ordering again. Standard of service is bad

easy website to use item arrived to ireland promptly

I placed an and everything was 15% off but on 2 items i didnt get that, was charged full price. Also i ordered 2 products and paid for it to find out it was discontinued on delivery.

I tried to contact but no answer and no response to my email asking for a call back. Still nothing, its very poor you cannot speak to someone.

I have only received part of my order - that arrived promptly with a note to say that the rest would follow. However no indication as to when that might be or why it was delayed. Also tried to ring to chase it up but unable to get through. Still not heard anything else and still waiting for the remainder of my order. Full payment was taken at the time of order and I have no idea whether I will get a refund if remaining goods are not delivered.
