NeonsignLife accidentally delivered the sign with the spelling incorrect. It took a while to contact the company due to email issues, but when we did they acted quickly to re-make the sign and ship it back out to us.
Overall, the sign is just ok. Unlike regular neon, the "naked" LED sign contains LOTS of wires which are all visible behind the sign and does not light up as brightly or as well as regular Neon. Because of the way it is secured to the very light backing, it also does not sit 100% straight. In future, I'd probably steer away from this and go with a local Neon sign company who can work with me more closely on the final product.

Two months in and the remote for my sign stopped working (the only thing that operates the sign) They informed me that it was a free gift and wasn't covered by the warranty. Seriously?!!! You're going to annoy customers who buy $500 signs by not sending a $3 remote replacement???? I'll buy the remote elsewhere and never deal with this company again

The signs that I did receive are lovely; however, I should have received 2 free signs that did not arrive. I was disappointed and so were the girls that I bought these gifts for.
Update: I was very happy to hear from NeonsignLife about the freebie signs and about the minimum purchase price to recieve them. I didn't quite meet that amount so I would just suggest making that apparent at checkout... In any event, the personalized signs that I ordered were well made and packaged really well so they arrived in perfect condition. The girls love them for their new rooms!
