New way moving services Avis

New BBB Score F, there is no lower score but they are trying to solidify that score.

NWM committed through BBB to refunding my deposit and when they failed to meet their commitment a month later I reopened my case and now they enjoy their new rating.

Don't get fooled by the positive reviews here...
Check the BBB score - D - which is generous (Look for a company that is reputable and has good all-around scores) not just on a few sites that clickfarmers from overseas make them seem legit!
Here is how the scam works:
1. You get a reasonably priced quote for the dates you want your automobile to be transported. (the bait)
2. You are asked to send in a deposit so that 'someone' can start working on your project, and due to Covid-19 you should do that through Zelle to this phone number (954.600.0060). All the while a nice sales rep without a last name is making you feel safe about your choice. (In my case, Jacob, who disappeared, and later Rosa)
3. Once they pocket the deposit the Switch. You receive a contract that basically tells you that the date range is relative and may change AND that the PRICE is an estimate and might change as well.
If you love being scammed and cheated this is the company to work with.
Not only they failed to find a transport vehicle within the allotted window 9/5/2020-9/9/2020, they failed to communicate that fact until 9/18/2020, while stringing me along that they were working on it but then finally told me that their original $675 quote was now $1000+.
When I asked for, at least, my deposit back, they ghosted me with the following lame excuses:
a) leave a voicemail and someone will return your call
b) there is no one to escalate your call to
c) no manager, no owner, no one responsible
Oct 5th 2020 - after numerous calls, texts, voicemails, and emails the scammers are still in hiding.

Competitive price, responsive, top notch customer service. I hired them for moving my car from MI to TX and I am happy to work with them!!

They were the worse choice I made. Debra promised me it was all arranged and called me endlessly until I paid the deposit and then it was like she never existed! I didn’t hear from her again. I called the number she had called me with and it was someone else’s voicemail. I called the company’s phone number and it went to voicemail and I never got a call back. They are fake. Don’t trust them. Don’t give them your money. You will never get it back.

I think i have made a good decision by hiring New Way Moving Services. I am very happy. The driver and their manager did a great job. I am fully satisfied with my car move. Recommend

They are a top professional moving company without a reason. Booking was simple. I made a change in the pick-up date and that was easy. Delivery was on time. Overall, I'm very pleased and would use them again. Can't say enough good things about new way moving services.

This is the first time I have used new way moving services, and they have come through with flying colors. The overall experience was pleasant. Had them picking up a vehicle in NC on the Monday after a Hurricane was still dumping water over the state, and in less than 24 hours, the vehicle was in Florida at my doorstep. Great job. Definitely recommend.

Don't trust them, They change their quotation every time, I received 3 different quotations every time they increase the price. If you wanna contact the customer service Don't dare that!!! they have the best worst customer service, Even the manager doesn't know when they ship your vehicle, whos gonna pick your vehicle. they are consultants only. They shout on customers and forced to sign agreements multiple times, If you don't have time to read Terms, that's it your money gone. Good luck:)
