We were kept updated upon arrival on the day of the survey, a photo to check the house was correct before starting the survey and a message to say all done.

Ahead of our appointment he spotted that I had booked the wrong type of survey (oops) and called me immediately to explain the different types and the one I actually needed, which I really appreciated.
