Really good pricing, quick delivery but wouldnt take the chairs off the palettes to bring them in as they were too high stacked to come through the doors, and it took our porter a while on his own to bring them in from the rain.

We were very impressed with the choice and competetive prices. Delivery was quick and the chairs were well wrapped to protect from damage.

Had to order over the phone owing to a glich on the system. Service was very good with prompt delivery BUT although an email warned of problems re damaged goods what it should have said was, sign for the delivery and mark it damaged as TNT do not accept claims unless marked damaged. As one cannot unpack the goods to check owing to the delivery driver cannot wait, it is better to mark damaged then covered and if it is okay then no need to persue.

Shopped around for chairs and tables. Found Ningbo had what !
I wanted at a good price. Bit of a delay initially, but prompt delivery when the tables were back in stock. Would use them again.

The service we recieved was excellent our queries were followed up in a timely manner. We requested to delay delivery this was no problem and once arranged was efficient. The chairs we bought were packaged carefully and make our function room look much better! We hope to buy more from Ningbo soon.

These are simply the best chairs, at the best price we could find on the internet. They stack at least 8 high and the comfy seats and backs are still in perfect shape after 2 years ware.
The Ningbo company were very polite and helpful on the phone and the 50 chairs were delivered on a pallet, completely protected be industrial cling film. The whole village Hall committee are delighted with our new chairs.

Delighted to find a human voice on the other end of the 'phone when I contacted to enquire about the chairs. Not only a human voice, but a very helpful person who responded politely and efficiently to all my subsequent telephone calls. The chairs are equal to and possibly better than my expectations, and have been admired by many users.

The only down-side for me was the delivery company who I suspect are more used to delivering to large premises and clearly were not that sympathetic to an individual person "manning" the Church Hall site all day waiting for the delivery and then after arriving after 5.30 pm, simply unloading the pallet of chairs and responding to my question about the wooden pallet with "burn it".

The chairs are a success and the service from Ningbo was very helpful in deciding on buying the chairs. I have since past on the company's name to a business man.
