From my first contact with Ningbo the help and service were first class. Replies to e-mails came back immediately. All my queries - and there were quite a few! - were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Everyone who has seen the chairs and sat upon them in our Village Hall has been pleased with them. They look very smart and are very comfortable. Delivery was on time (a slight hiccough here - the delivery man did not ring our caretaker with his ETA as expected - but he is not a Ningbo employee). However, he very willingly helped to unload the 200 chairs. Yes, they were extremely well wrapped up for safe transport, and the snag here was that it took us ages to unwrap them!!! So pleased with everything that I suggested to Katie, who saw us through the whole process, that she deserved a bonus! Thank you, Ningbo!

I was concerned that the trestle table price looked a little low compared to other on line options, but my queries were replied to very swiftly, delivery arranged easily and the tables appear fine and were delivered as promised.
Always seems a lottery to me to who to use for ad hoc purchases through internet searches, Ningbo were great and I couldn't fault them.
