I have bought 2 Noir dispenser for my 2…
I have bought 2 Noir dispenser for my 2 cars and they are great. After 6 weeks one stopped working and i contacted Noir to explain the problem. No questions asked a replacement head was sent without any hesitation and it arrived within days. It is working great and i would recommend the product and the company to anyone. Thanks for a great service.

I initially had a problem with my electric diffuser head and was in a predicament about what I should do, I contacted Noir via email to raise the issue with them the query handler Liam Walker went above and beyond to try to resolve the issue of the head not working, in the end he was kind enough to issue me a new head for my diffuser.

Absolutely amazing car fragrance! 🔥
I went for the Savage scent again as it’s honestly perfect, not too strong or overpowering, which is especially important for me as strong fragrances can give me headaches, but with this one I’m absolutely fine. Just a really clean, premium fragrance that fills the car nicely. 👌
This is my second purchase. I was originally given my first one from Central Detailing after they highly recommended NOIR at the time and they were spot on as usual!
Definitely one I’ll be buying again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Noir aroma defused stoped working
I bought a Noir aroma defused for my car around 9 months ago and has been working perfectly until the other day. When I charged it and put it back in my car it sounded like it was trying to work but the scent wouldn’t come out?
I contacted customer support and Liam Walker got back in contact with me straight away away. He asked me to sen him a short video of what was going on. From that he figured out what my problem was and had it all up and running again in no time at all.
My experience with the customer care from them was fantastic

Amazing customer service
The product does ‘exactly what it says on the tin’ so to speak. Makes a real difference to the car, smelling wonderful again. I did have an issue with the rubber grommet that had come out and was unable to put it back in, thus not being able to create a diffuser. However, a quick message to the customer service was promptly answered and was more than happy to oblige by sending me out a new one which I had no issues putting in. Works again like it should do which is flawless!

fragrance and they are great premium smell and they last ages got the card fragrances the vent stick which is metal and premium and the diffuser for my cupholder which is quality
