I have been a loyal customer of Noir from day one and have always received an exceptional level of service.
Nikhil, the owner, provides a personal approach and shares his knowledge with customers. This makes every purchase feel considered and well supported. His attention to detail and commitment to the business are clear.
More recently, Liam has taken over the Customer Care team. He is excellent, responsive and highly efficient. Any questions are handled promptly and professionally.
The scents are high quality, long-lasting and well formulated. I have used the same Noir aroma diffuser in my car every day for more than two years and have never experienced a single issue. The build quality has been excellent, and the performance has remained consistent.

Amazing customer help and service

Good product, had a minor issue with its operation (after 2 months) email was answered promptly (1 st thing following day after late night message) by Liam , issue resolved, would strongly recommend as customer service has been fantastic

Maybe just my batch
I cannot fault Liam for his service but the diffusers and cards do not smell. I have a card and diffuser hanging in my car but there is very little or no smell at all. The promise of smelling for days has not materialised with what I have . I ordered 3 cards and 3 diffusers , one was leaking but was replaced. The others I have left I have no faith that the smell will last or even smell at all.
I either had a bad bunch sent to me or I was unlucky with my purchase.
I was sent a replacement diffuser and a spray. The service from Liam was exceptional however, the sprays are not for me. I would not order again but it doesn’t mean that others won’t. Excellent communication throughout and I am grateful for the replacements.

The car fragrances are excellent, but the customer service is even better. When it was unclear what had happened to my parcel with Royal Mail, Liam from Customer Service immediately sent a replacement instead of making me wait for the first shipment issue to be resolved.
Communication with Customer Service was first-class—quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free. This kind of approach shows that we're not just seen as a way to make money, but as valued customers.

This is my second order. Great long lasting scent. Had a problem with the delivery but this was quickly rectified by Liam and was sent a speedy replacement. So great customer service. Will definitely be buying more for family and myself

I made a mistake with my delivery address (totally me). Liam fro customer care took control and straight away sent me a replacement order before they had their items returned to them. He was really very helpful.
I’ve now got the items and love them.
