Great product and service
Great product and service , the scents smell great , I recently bought the defuser for my wife as she liked mine , works great on car mode as we both use ours . Gredo and Blue are great scents. I subscribed without relishing, Liam from customer support soon fixed this for me once I relished. Scents last for 4 months in car mode. Great product , great scents , great service. 👍

First ordered the fragrance bar and…
First ordered the fragrance bar and then ordered the fragrance defuser. Both products smell amazing but I have to say my go to would be the defuser. I use mine in the car and once set to car mode and intensity required I don’t have to do anything else. Great product, I’m looking forward to trying most of the fragrances. I’ve had people saying how nice my car smells and have highly recommend noir.

I ordered the Ultimate Car Fragrance…
I ordered the Ultimate Car Fragrance Set and received it on time. However, one item was missing from the package. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly. Liam Walker was absolutely brilliant he arranged for the missing item to be shipped straight away.
As for the product itself, it smells amazing , but I still need to figure out if it will last long than I expect or not , definitely will be coming back here to give my review about th product

Great product and service
I recently brought Noir products and overall had a great experience. While the fragrance bar itself wasn’t quite as impressive as I had hoped, everything else really stood out in a positive way.
The other products I purchased were excellent—high quality and exactly what I was looking for. I did have a small issue with an aroma diffuser, but the customer service team handled it incredibly well. They resolved the problem quickly and without any hassle, which really made a difference.
Because of their outstanding customer service and the quality of their products, I’m still giving Noir a 5-star rating. They truly care about their customers, and that goes a long way.

Great product and customer service
The purchase of the diffuser and fragrances was seamless and the quick delivery was a great. Receiving the fragrances in their individual zipped pouch is a nice touch too.
Having experienced an issue with the product, Liam at Noir dealt with it quickly and effectively. Communication was spot on. I can’t recommend them enough for both the products and service.
