Amazing customer support
I dont write reviews usually however the experience i had here was great, i had an issue with my package being stolen and they gave me a replacement instantly. the whole process was smooth and took a few emails with Liam get some details sorted. they were quick with the email responses and were very professional with me. i will be continuing to shop here for my car need. Great product but the head lasted all of 3 months and not producing any vapour. Emailed about it and just got sent out a new head. Cheers guys.

Luxury Oud That Actually Lasts
I’ve been using products from Noir for a while now, and the quality is honestly amazing. Their oud scents smell like real oud, rich, deep, and luxurious. Not synthetic or overpowering. You can tell straight away that these are high quality products.
I use the diffuser in my car, but I also use the air fresheners upstairs in my bathroom, and they work incredibly well. The scent removes odours almost instantly and leaves the space smelling fresh and clean. What really stands out is how long lasting they are. I can still smell the fragrance up to 8 hours later.
The scent doesn’t just stay in one room either, it travels throughout the house. I often notice a beautiful, lingering oud scent as soon as I walk through the door, which just shows how strong and effective it is without being too much.
On top of that, the customer service is on another level. Every time I’ve contacted them, they’ve been helpful, polite, and quick to respond. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both premium quality products and such strong customer care.
If you’re looking for long-lasting, authentic scents that actually do what they promise, Noir is 100% worth it. Great quality, great value, and a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Highly recommend.

My experience has been great
My experience has been great, I purchased the car diffuser last year and it was having issues diffusing. Contacted noir and received a helpful response and because it couldn’t be rectified they’re sending me a new part free of charge. I had a bad experience with another popular car diffuser brand, ignoring contact etc but complete oppositr with Noir. Big thanks to Liam for his help. 10/10 I would definitely recommend and also leaves your car smelling amazing!

A very good diffuser with great varieties of scents. Always had compliments that my car smells nice. Courtesy to this excellent product. However, it had a technical fault and I made a complaint, feedback from NOIR was very fast and my diffuser was replaced quickly.
