Norfolk Designer Gardens Avis 

Didn’t have the greatest experience with this company. Apparently the table we ordered was not in stock, so we were offered a more expensive one for an extra cost. On delivery day the driver constantly tried to upsell; covers, parasol, a bench - and kept trying despite declining. We were delivered the wrong colour cushions and promised replacements would be posted, nothing arrived so we emailed them and they assured us they would send them, another month and an ignored email and we still don’t have the correct cushions and are having to do a chargeback via our credit card provider. Overall I’d avoid, the customer service is poor.

Tory delivered our dining table and chairs and built them so I they were all in situ within 45 mins
We didn’t have a parasol he had one in the back of the van which matched the green cushions so we were able to purchase
He set up everything, a first class delivery service experience the product quality is fabulous
He even toke a photo

I am very happy with the table and chairs. I ordered the heavier slightly more expensive eight seater. The table is excellent! The help from the staff is first class and are nice people. I have noticed a couple of cracks at the top of two chairs which I will take up with the sellers for advice. Over all I think it is excellent quality and good value.

Order eight seater teak table. Unfortunately for us we didn't unpack it immediately as our patio wasn't ready, but on unpacking and building the top already had several water stains present and one of the chairs had small cracks appearing. Don't expect to buy new garden furniture at this price and have to treat it the first year before use🤷 Disappointing.

Furniture is exactly as described. I made the mistake of buying green cushions instead of grey. On arrival one green cushions was faulty but instead of replacing the one faulty cushion they sent a full set of 8 grey cushions. Absolutely fantastic service. Can't recommend them enough. A*****

I had the delivery on time. They were prepared to go out of their way to make sure I wasn´t missing an appointment I had that day.
I am very pleased with their service and their goods.

The 8 seats and table arrived on the day started on a pallet unpacked and easy assembly table looks great value for money

Plants arrived looking healthy. Looking forward to planting them out.

Excellent service and communication and great quality. Darren bent over backwards to make sure the delivery was reliable and without complication of a new garden bench to my elderly mother. The bench was assembled by Darren and looks superb - heavy weight teak. Feels like great quality and represents good value.

Bits of damage on chairs but had been glued, so should be ok

We have recently taken delivery of the Kensington Teak Wood Outdoor Dining Set. The quality of the product far exceeded our expectations by some considerable margin and the delivery service went according to the agreed plan. We have nothing but praise for the Norfolk Designer team who were always helpful and courteous. In summary, a most welcome shopping experience. Well done and thank you

Delighted with the garden bench, it actually arrived sooner than expected. Fits together perfectly and really sturdy, it’s exactly what I wanted.

ordered on 19/05/2026 arrived before stated time of delivery date we were told to expect a a process time of 3 to 4 weeks on the website and email, as our gardens in a million pieces due to replacing a failed patio it didn't bother us ..... then we get a call from the transport company saying its going to be here on the 1st of june!!

nice quality HEAVY furniture but worth checking where the packing straps are where they have cut into the boxes during transit .... yet to open ours to check it

Really happy with the table, the fact there is a centre spot for the parasol for all lengths is perfect. Our previous table only had this option in the fully extended position.
The extensions are independent, so you can extend in a single direction or both. Would perhaps benefit from a retention clip, but so far not a problem.

I ordered a three seater bench I finally got it on the third attempt of delivery, the first time they forgot to put it on the delivery vehicle the second time I got four chairs snd a table the third attempt I finally got the bench which they had assembled leaving hammer marks where they had knocked in the dowels they promised me a bench cushion for the inconveniences I had experienced that never turned up I rang them and was told they would send one out needles to say I am not holding my breath.
