Norfolk Sheds Avis 

Service great. Delivery process great (if a but pricey). Now the shed is up looks better than expected while i was halfway through building it. The instructions were brilliant (unusual). However.... the pieces are all a bit rough, some of the sizes arent completely accurate, the quality of some of the cuts is rough/break easily around the edges, some of the pieces have clearly been assembled for something else initially. Biggest issue is that it requires two coats of treatment prior to assembling. I could have missed it but not sure this was mentioned prior to purchase. Fully expected it to come pre treated, any other wood I buy for exterior work is pre treated, seems odd that this isnt. There are also A LOT of knot holes, looks a bit like we've had a western-style shoot out. But one I insulate it they'll be fine.

Norfolk sheds have been very helpful throughout the process. After calling with multiple questions they answered each one and were very helpful when arranging the order and installation. On the day the summer house was due to be installed the installers arrived right on time and were very polite. The summerhouse has been built beautifully and really love the quality

Very quick delivery after the order was placed.The 2 guys from the same company who erected it were very quick and efficient. Phoned me an hr before arrival. I was not at home when the shed was delivered. The team stacked it beautifully in my car port so I could even get my car in as well as keep the shed parts dry.

From ordering on line to delivery and installation this is a company with a good customer service ethos.

The delivery/install team worked from moment of arriving to completion, even in the dark to finish.

I had a great experience start to finish when buying my shed. The office team were very responsive answering questions about installation, the shed itself was great value for money in the market, and the delivery and installation team were faultless.

Furthermore, I didn't give them the 'perfect base' to build on, but nothing was a problem & they came with great ideas and were very flexible to make the space I'd made for the shed work. Thanks to all the team at Norfolk sheds!
I'd highly recommend you to anyone looking for a shed/workshop solution.

Needing a garden shed to replace the 'old faithful' I Googled, then emailed companies. giving basic information on measurements and requesting quotations. Of the six, Norfolk Sheds provided, not only a quote but other useful advice; written in straight forward English with no 'managerial unintelligible terminology'. Their quotation (lower than any other) and their additional useful information persuaded me to accept.
The length width and heights were confirmed along with all fixtures and fittings. Drawings, easily understood, were submitted to me with any alterations I decided on, amended on drawings then sent back to me for final approval.
Payment was made in two halves. One on acceptance of final architects drawings and plan of assembly. The second payment of completion of the job.
Everything was done in a professional and friendly way. It took just three weeks from accepting Norfolk Sheds quotation to final assembly in my garden. The team made a courtesy phone call an hour before arrival.
I had never mentioned that I was 82, severely disabled, due to spinal injuries, nor was arthritic.
Clearly professionalism, courtesy and friendliness is extended to all their customers.

Delivery was great. He phoned to tell me when he was nearly here and very helpful. I am yet to build it but I’m sure it’s good quality

I feel that there has not been much contact with me but only when you want praise. Sorry but true. An email or two would have been nice just to reassure the customer that all is well and orders are on scedule. Not a lot of info on customer accounts when looking online other than basics.

The folks at Norfolk Sheds were great, ordering was simple, communication was good and the shed arrived bang on time. The driver realised there was a few bits missing, made a note of them and returned the next day with all the missing parts.
