Most consistent survey panel.

I'm finding Panelbase to be the most consistent survey panel than all of the others. Having been participating since early 2019 I've earnt almost £400 so far. Also appreciate the fact that there are options on what one wants to do with their 'earnings', either cashing out or donating it. I want to add customer service has been very helpful whenever issues have arised and have been resolved quickly. Here's to many more years! *fingers crossed*

Not for the middle aged

Received a good amount of invites for surveys since joining recently although I never did receive my SMS confirmation text. Problems arise once I enter my date of birth (I'm 49) at initial stage, as I'm then instantly disqualified. Clearly nobody wants the opinions of the middle aged!

We have recently experienced problems with the SMS verification process which our Technical Team are still trying to resolve. We do apologise for that.

Regarding our surveys, panellists are not routinely screened out just because they are middle aged as you seem to be suggesting. The age ranges for surveys are set by our clients but for many surveys we actually need more older people than young people. This is because any survey that has age demographic quotas (most of them) is usually based on percentages of the population per age band.

As your review of Panelbase is anonymous we cannot specifically check your account. However, if you are screening out almost immediately from our surveys that does suggest you are registered with other market research panels as well as ours? This is one of the downsides of being a member of more than one pane as we do host around 90% of our surveys with other companies.

Unfortunately, we do not have sight of other panels' databases, nor they ours, so we cannot check in advance if you may have already taken a survey before we send out our invites to you.

How I got started with panel base

I was scrolling on line to find jobs looking for days I came across and advert for Home testers no experience needed just a dedicated and well prepared individual I thought I will give it a go and filled out the form now i am a member looking forward to working to fulfill goals very Happy with this site 👍 💯💯😊 peace

Too Many Surveys Obtaining Personal Information

I have noticed that Panelbase has too many surveys, especially financial and banking surveys that force you to log into your account. These surveys also use your IP address as they stop you using a VPN. Be wary of these surveys as they are using all the information to build a profile about you. They use all all your personal details. When you complete these surveys they use it with your IP address and details from your account.

Some of our clients don't allow people using VPNs to access their surveys as they can't guarantee that you are based in the UK. None of these surveys undertaken through Panelbase can use the details that you have provided in your account, those details are only used to direct surveys to you. The only profiling we keep about you is the data you have provided to us and the information is used in accordance with our privacy policy: https://www.panelbase.net/terms/Privacy

It's ok, but could be better

I have had this for a couple of weeks so far. I haven't found many problems with it except the fact Panelbase screen me out of surveys basically every time I click on one. So far I have earned about £4, but yet I could have earned more if they let me take the surveys more frequently.

Thank you for your review Barry. We do try to only send out surveys that are more likely to be relevant to your demographic based on the profile that you have filled in for us online. However, there will always be times when there are less surveys that are appropriate for your demographic and times when there are quite a lot more than usual.

Going Downhill ln A Hurry@

Been with this site for over 10 years like so many started of great but now.......

Recently I was recruited for a project which I was required to purchase 3 snacks take photos submit them in a manner that satisfied the recruiter test and evaluate the products was told I would receive payment for this within 4-5 days needless to say this did not happen messages ignored.

I had multiple exchanges with Panelbase, more than 10! So that claim made about the speed of action is not born out by the facts.

Each time I bought this issue to your attention it was ignored.

Regarding your complaint about the chocolate testing study. The client accidentally sent an email to Panelbase panellists about how and when payment would be made for it which was different from what we had originally advised our panellists in our emails. The client's email was meant for the panellists of another market research panel who were also taking part in the same chocolate testing study. As soon as we became aware of this erroneous communication we checked with the client and then informed all affected Panelbase panellists of the mistake and apologised for the confusion and the payment delays. You were fully credited for this study.

Not So Good These Days

It used to be a good site. Not a huge number of surveys but you usually qualified for more than you were DQ'd for. Not anymore.

I seem to be DQ'd for about 90% of them now so it's hardly worth my effort.

Such a shame.

We have been unable to check into your complaint as you have anonymised your review. However, if a panellist is screening out of our surveys very quickly and regularly it often indicates that they are also registered with other market research panels, as well as Panelbase, and they have already taken those surveys previously through another company. We do co-host 90% of our surveys with other panels.

Too many screen outs

I do like Panelbase, but as others have said, nearly every survey I get screened out, this happens I know, but not 95% of them.

I have contacted the company several…

I have contacted the company several times complaining about the system they have to select people for the surveys and the fact i constantly been screened out simply after placing my gender and age. Very discriminatory. The company never once replied to my emails.
SEE TICKET Replied stating they refunded the tickets: LIERS. You refunded £17.69 on the 3rd of December, but the refund should have been of £23.56 as i had a free child ticket and a 25% discount adult ticket. I sent many emails to hello at bolesworth.com but no one ever replied. I called many times but no one ever called back. You have used the storm situation to steam money and never refunded the full tickets i am entitled to. You have increased the adult tickets despite sending email stating that you will refund the original purchase due to the storm. Check the emails sent as i have written also to you via the customer form only to receive automated replies stating that you do not refund tickets as they are unrefundable. SHAME ON YOU

This is my favourite survey site

This is my favourite survey site so far. It didn't take me long to make up £10 then I cashed out to see if it was a legit site befor doing anymore surveys and sure enough I got my love to shop vouchers through my door a week later. You get plenty of invitations to do surveys so it's not hard to get rewards like other sites are. I also got picked to do a product testing on a new hair brush aswell so it's more than the normal survey sites. The costumer service is amazing gets back to you within the hour. Highly reccomend this survey site to anyone.

Frustrated used !!!

The worst. I am due rewards and no way to redeem them. They keep telling to get a hold of the USA focus project. There is no way to do that. They don’t help you . I signed up with them and they give you No support!!

Hello Paul, Panelbase are contracted to pick up support for Lumen's Focus Project in the UK only. We have already explained that we are unable to help you because you are based in the US. We have absolutely no access to the personal information or account details of any non-UK Focus Project panellists. We believe that you probably need to be contacting Opinion Outpost as they appear to be the point of contact for other Focus Project panellists in the US.

Awful . Keep getting screened out

After reading the trust pilot reviews I thought I would give this ago. I recently signed up and have completed many surveys but kept getting screened out. I feel like I have been treated unfairly with these surveys by not earning any money other than the £3 just for signing up. Complete waste of my time. Definitely do not recommend!
