Reliable and trustworthy

I’ve been a meme bed of Panelbase for probably as long as I’ve had internet! They are super reliable and always pay on time. I’ve cashed out with both shopping vouchers and BACS and had no issues at all.

The surveys are really interesting and they do an interesting one where they track your eye movements when watching ads which is really fun and pays well.

Definitely one of the best survey companies out there and I’m really happy with them. Only downside is that I don’t like getting screened out of surveys, I want to do them all.

AWFUL PLATFORM!!!!

They didn't send my voucher after sending a confirmation e-mail stating that it was already posted to my residental address. I'm completely dissatisfied with this platform. They detain my balance and locked the availability to withdraw. I complain about this company and request my balance and vouchers to be released!!!!

As we have explained to you, your ability to withdraw vouchers will be returned to you once you are back in the country to sign for them as we don't want them going missing. If you have a UK bank account in your name we can get the monies earnt sent via BACS.

Completed the last question and told I didn't qualify after filling out 15 minute survey. Very cheesed off. This must be some kind of unfunny joke 😡

Beware

Beware. This is a data mining site. They cannot be trusted with your data. Surveys are few and far between and rewards forfeited when you leave. There are much more trustworthy sites out there.

We ask that you fill in some details about yourself so that we can send surveys to you that you will be more likely to qualify for, however, there is always a chance that you won't fit the requirements of a survey. There is a £10 minimum withdrawal threshold which must be reached before the system will allow you to withdraw your rewards, if you leave before you reach that limit then your rewards will be forfeited.

Panelbase hosts a superior survey…

Panelbase hosts a superior survey platform that gives generous rewards to members for completing surveys and/or testing products. You can redeem at reaching £10.

Redeeming rewards is simple and straightforward. Either BACS or gift vouchers are available.

I chose Love2Shop vouchers as these are accepted in lots of well known places. I received the vouchers in a timely manner, but took a bit longer than if I had chosen to redeem via BACS.

I recommend Panelbase as a survey platform and the member help and support desk is wonderful.

Online site is interesting and easy to navigate.

Wasted effort

For over two months my withdrawal is still pending. Contacted customer care and was told within 7days, 7days passed nothing. Unsubcribe

Turned into a scam. Won't let you get further enough to withdraw your money. Keeps saying not qualified for questions....all changed after update....BEWARE

Just signed up and not impressed so…

Just signed up and not impressed so far. Got £3 to start with then did a couple of surveys worth less than £1. Some kept telling me I didn’t qualify and customer service responded that they were aware of an issue. I keep being asked what the household income is and what banks etc. I have investments in. With all the scams going on I am concerned that this information is being asked for and naturally I won’t be giving it. Very unsure how to proceed as I joined because there were a lot of good reviews…..

We're sorry your impression of Panelbase so far isn't as good as we'd like.

The surveys we send out need to find out if you qualify for it and this can be based on a number of things including income, where you bank/shop, whether you buy a particular product amongst other things. Once they have determined whether you qualify this information can also be used in the final analysis of the survey results, for instance, comparing different market segments against each other.

We'd never ask you to answer questions you're not happy giving the answer to, however, this can result in being disqualified from that survey.

One of the better survey sites

The pay is better than a lot of other survey sites at the moment. I still get screened out quite a lot, but usually right at the beginning so they haven't wasted my time (unlike certain other sites that screen you out half way through a survey). Their customer service is very helpful.

Great website but lets older accounts down

Positives: Overall the best site for surveys in terms of interesting and enjoyable surveys. The payment is also very reasonable for the time spent.
The best thing I've done is tested food products sent to my house and I genuinely really enjoyed that and would love to do more.
Good customer support. I have had an issue in the past where I completed a long survey and the website crashed on the last page. I screenshot it and emailed support - and they quickly responded with my payment.
Getting earnings into your bank account is easy with no hassle. It is a genuine website that pays what it says.

Negatives: I have rated down because when I first signed up (2020) I was getting offered a lot more surveys, especially relevant ones to my interests. I was able to earn a good amount within a few months for a nice withdrawal.
2 years later and it's almost worth abandoning. I qualify for perhaps 1 in 30 surveys I get offered, with no exaggeration as I just checked. It's almost impossible for me to complete a survey with a payout now without reaching the quota full or getting disqualified. It's taken over a year now to earn a minuscule amount (a quarter of what I earned in just a few months).
I've also noticed an increase in getting a disqualification further into the surveys. Before it was immediate, but now I find myself wasting more time only to get disqualified after 5 minutes of them gathering your data which companies can use for research and you don't get paid for it.

Overall: A really good website that seems to be let down by how the algorithm favours new customers, by the looks of it.
I keep my profile information up-to-date but to me it seems like more experienced users get less opportunities, so over the long-term it's not as great as it initially appears.

Was supposed to receive £35 credit…

Was supposed to receive £35 credit after doing a 2 hour group discussion. Once the discussion ended I heard nothing bad or anything about receiving the credit. Feel like it’s a scam

I am amazed at how good this survey…

I am amazed at how good this survey website is! I haven't been using it long and I have already earned enough to claim a reward to my account. I've tried websites like this before and its rare that they actually give you enough surveys to earn anything and set unrealistic minimums to withdraw

Very rarely get selected for surveys

Very rarely get selected for surveys. Little chance of winning one of the prize draws as compensation prize. Could at least give 10p or something for each time you have answered a few questions and then been screened out. After all, the profile you have to fill in is extensive

Hello Claire, thank you for taking the time to review Panelbase. Usually, if panellists are not being selected for surveys very often it is because they are also registered with other market research panels. We host 90% of our surveys with other panels and if you have done one of these surveys through a different panel you won't then be eligible to take it again through Panelbase. This is because clients will only allow panellists to access a survey once no matter how many different panels are co-hosting that survey. If this does not apply in your case please contact our Support Team at email address: support@panelbase.zendesk.com and they can check into that further for you.

Regarding our prize draws at the start of every month we always publish on our site a list of all of the winners from the previous month which you can check for yourself using the following link: https://www.panelbase.net/Winners We had 381 prize draw winners in March and all winners are randomly chosen from our list of active panellists each month.

Whilst we do ask panellists to fill out a profile about themselves we cannot hold an unlimited amount of data about each person. We do send out our survey invites based on the profile you have filled out for us and using that profile we try to choose panellists who are most likely to fit the client's criteria. For example, if you have indicated you are not a smoker or a car owner, we would not send you tobacco or car related surveys which would not be applicable in your case.

Clients do not pay Panelbase for any surveys that are screened out for any reason and this is why we cannot compensate panellists for that. Clients only pay Panelbase for surveys they receive at their end as complete. All data that is collected prior to any screen out is always deleted and never used by Panelbase or passed on to the client and this is in compliance with MRS guidelines.

All going well so far

Panelbase is a decent survey panel with generally interesting surveys. My success rate is around average; I have my bad days and I also have my good days. When you cash out, there are many rewards to choose from so you are spoilt for choice! New members also automatically receive a £3 reward for joining too.
Overall, a great experience and I look forward to doing more surveys with you in the years (hopefully!) to come. :)

Panelbase is a super survey site

Panelbase is a super survey site. Surveys are regular and if you go on site you will be able see all available
Survey with a description which will help you decide the best surveys for you!
The surveys are very good with their questions and answers.
They pay really well - reach £10 and you can get it paid into BACs or a voucher! You can choose!
I get a nice surprise because some surveys don't pay right away but they do pay! So it's cool when you suddenly realise you've got enough!
A great survey site that is one of the best!
