Am using this website for years now. I have cashed out many many times now, never had any problems.
Yet again 10 minutes into interview - screened out.
This happens constantly.
As a ' reward' entered into a prize drawer I'll never win.
The only panel that takes you so far into surveys then screens out - without the promised reward.
They also apply quota fails or quality fails(there was nothing wrong quality wise. I take these surveys very seriously) AFTER completing and before payment.
Sad really because the surveys can be varied and interesting but the time spent navigating screening AND refusal to pay after completion just doesn't make it worthwhile.
I'd avoid these.
There are better sites who honour payment and frankly actually seem to care about decent recompense for panel members.

I've just checked my account for cleared rewards.
I'm absolutely shocked.
Out of 5 completed surveys - that is ones I completed FULLY and expected a reward:
3 marked as QF(Quota fail)
1 marked as DNQ( Did not qualify)
1 completed and paid.
Thank you for your offer to look at this but there's little point.
You are not going to rectify the issue which is that you can decide not to pay on the basis the quota is full at any time.
It's not acceptable to punish the panel member because you cannot control quotas. You should honour the payment. It isnt the panel members fault. I actually find this shocking.
The plus point of Panelbase is the variety of studies.
The downsides sadly are many. Some of which I've included in the early part of this review. Not honouring payments is the last straw.
I hope you take on the constructive criticism.
I will try again at a later date in the hope the massive issues are resolved.

So many surveys lead you in with a reward, you 100% complete the survey for 10 mins + and then you get a did not qualify at the end, complete waste of time, and when you report it, nothing happens.
They always check if you have received your gift card.
Surveys are well paid and reliable.

This has got to be the worst market research company. Since they refused to re issue me a lost voucher I decided to leave panelbase and no longer do Their surveys. Panelbase.net are a Waste of market space.
They stole my rewards worth £41.75 because I didn't do a survey for 12 months. Booo

Been doing Panelbase for approx 3 yrs now,on average been earning £10 per month,recently struggling to earn that every 2 to 3 months,always been timed out,nearly given up on it.the new style home page is alot harder to navigate then the old.there should be a bonus like 5p for every one screened out.Shame.
Panel base survey site, is a great place to complete survey, as it is getting near Christmas, I decided to look at my rewards I had the option to have vouchers or bacs, I opted for the vouchers, they arrived very quicky,

Came very quickly and I was able to use them immediately for money off my grocery shopping-thanks!
I have been stuck at £9.50 for weeks every survey finished with sorry you didn't meet the criteria.
I did a 30 minute survey with them and at the end it said i didn't qualify and did not give me my points,I complained and waited a week to hear from them they said i failed quality checks and would not be giving me the points which would have qualified me for a voucher i have not done any surveys with them since and would advice anyone not to do surveys with them.

I just cashed in £30 in love2shop vouchers from Panelbase, not for the first time either and got myself a new pair of Adidas trainers from TKmaxx. All so simple and straightforward from Panelbase, highly recommended.

One of the best sites for easy and the best survey around, the payment side of thing was quick and easy to do only one thing I would like is different voucher types aswell as love to shop but still 5/5 I will definitely Recommend it to anyone who want to earn a little bit more on the side
This website is not for poor countries.for example Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. I want sign up in this web but fail again and again.
