I have been searching for years for a better system to manage the pastoral needs of my congregation. After some research, I discovered Notebird. The ability to import data from a spreadsheet is priceless. I have all my people in my pocket now everywhere I go and can easily manage lists, log interactions, and create follow up reminders. I am astounded by their customer service! Responses come so quickly and with a real eagerness to help. I
Am immediately seeing the benefits of this system.

I had a boatload of contacts to add into Notebird, and inquired if csv files could be imported. I was instructed by Davey to submit my file. A little over an hour later he had it all loaded and sorted into my groups!!! This is incredible! I have messaged with other companies regarding various issues, but this is a first. Inquiry made ON A FRIDAY (normally, you would MAYBE get a response on Tuesday). Response and issue addressed SAME DAY! Thank you, Davey Akin and NoteBird!

Notebird is a great tool to support robust pastoral care at churches of all sizes. As the sole pastor of a midsize church, Notebird helps me stay organized and confident in this critical ministry area.

NOTEBIRD is a great tool to organize your parishioners and very important information about each one of them, and who they connect to in their families keeping track of milestones in each of their lives, it is also a great tool to use for outreach and to reaching those that are shut in.

Notebird is a very User-Friendly, even for those of us that are "older" and challenged with technology. It has improved our inner-office communication by leaps and bounds. We no longer have to "remember to tell" somebody about somebody we visited or cared for.

this is a great tool for the church with so many members it lets us know on a daily basis what we need to address as far as birthdays, anniversaries etc.

Using Notebird has made it so much easier to communicate with staff about church members who need extra special care. It helps us stay up to date on the current issue and not lose track of information. Additionally, if we have questions about Notebird, they are quick to respond with solutions!

I can enter Tasks and get reminders for them via email, which saves having to enter them in my personal calendar. Also, it is easy to enter notes as I need to about the people I minister to.

Notebird has helped tremendously in sharing info among our leaders about our church family and their needs. It is very simple to use, but at the same time, it provides a much needed ministry tool for better communication and care.

As a church of over 1,400 members, we strive to develop systems of care, seeking to "pay careful attention....to all the flock" (Acts 20:28). Notebird makes it possible for us to do that. It's interface is easy for anyone to use, even those who struggle with technology. It is well designed for confidentiality. It is critical for two things for us in particular: the flow of shepherding information and accountability to make sure our people are being cared for.

Notebird has 100% enhanced our lay communion visits and ministry. Real time information with all the details available moving forward has been a life saver. Our ministry is flourishing and everyone has all the information they need to make a visit.

From the very beginning there has been clear and concise communication. The response time when I've had questions has been great. Notebird is easy to navigate and our Care Allies have had no trouble accessing it, adding their notes, etc. We have been very happy with it for our Care Center.

I can’t say enough good things about Notebird. The platform is user-friendly, makes it easy to assign and track follow-up tasks, and the analytical reports are fantastic. I don't know how old/new NoteBird is but we are fairly new to the user side. There have updates which sound great but I cannot get to work. However, this is a valuable resource for our church and we use it regularly.
