It is a simple but intuitive interface that just works. My deacons, who are mostly older, have adopted it and use it regularly with no problems. And the activity timeline is great to get a snapshot of what is going on and who still needs to be reached out to.

Great ministry resource for pastoral care teams!
Extremely helpful for organizing the pastoral care ministry at our church. We have a pastoral care team with 6 members, and this keeps us all informed about what's happening and helps us to coordinate our efforts to reach out to those in need. It is also reasonably priced for a church of our size.

Notebird makes it so much easier to keep track of people and help them feel loved, by reminding me about birthdays and significant events, as well as reminders to follow up with people. Using for at least 3 years and never regretted it.

Notebird makes keeping contacts and connections so easy. We tried and tried on a spreadsheet and it was an absolute bust! Very glad we found Notebird. We have added several different groups and customized what type of contact we have with them. I can't imagine doing any of this without Notebird. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
