I have been a registered acupuncturist for the past 18 years. I have watched the evolution from paper files to online notetaking. I have just then hired for the position of part-time minister in rural Nova Scotia, Canada. The first thing that I did was scour the Internet for a pastoral care app. After some research, your app was the one I chose. I tried it over the trial. and was totally sold on it. It is intuitive, efficient, and I love how the website fits on my phone as well as my desktop seamlessly. Note taking for my pastoral visits is just as easy, if not easier, than what I’m used to as a professional bodyworker. First of all the program is quite easy to setup and use to start with. If you do have problems their support team is on it in a heartbeat. The customizable nature of the program is a game-changer. This is just what our church needs to make our shepherding more comprehensive. Their online helps and videos are great and the chat support has been very responsive and helpful. I even made a feature suggestion and they are incorporating it in the next release. I have been using it daily since March 2025.
