Game-changer! Super Easy to Use!

Powerful, intuitive, and easy to use.

I have been a registered acupuncturist for the past 18 years. I have watched the evolution from paper files to online notetaking. I have just then hired for the position of part-time minister in rural Nova Scotia, Canada. The first thing that I did was scour the Internet for a pastoral care app. After some research, your app was the one I chose. I tried it over the trial. and was totally sold on it. It is intuitive, efficient, and I love how the website fits on my phone as well as my desktop seamlessly. Note taking for my pastoral visits is just as easy, if not easier, than what I’m used to as a professional bodyworker. Thank you for all your efforts and I will continue to support your product as long as I am in ministry.

Where Has This Been All My LIfe

First of all the program is quite easy to setup and use to start with. If you do have problems their support team is on it in a heartbeat. The customizable nature of the program is a game-changer. I believe this is really going to be an outstanding tool to help our care team better serve our congregation.

Excellent program with prompt and helpful support!

Notebird has been a game changer for our organization. The simplicity of the functions alongside the robust features have brought us from generally frustrated with our care system to encouraged by how well we all communicate. Numerous users have quickly acclimated and make updates regularly. The support is just as good as the program. Going the extra mile

Davey from Notebird went the extra mile for me in importing my contacts, bent over backwards to resolve an issue. Good, quick, pleasant communication. This is how customer service should be!

I have loved the ease of Notebird

I have loved the ease of Notebird! It has worked great for our church to track our caring for our shut ins, hospitalized, etc., as well as tracking our connections with new guests to our church. Whenever we have needed help, the staff have been quick to assist!

Notebird - What you need for church shepherding

This is just what our church needs to make our shepherding more comprehensive. Their online helps and videos are great and the chat support has been very responsive and helpful. I even made a feature suggestion and they are incorporating it in the next release. I have been using it daily since March 2025.

Excellent Pastoral Tool

We are a growing Church in the UK, with over 700 people attending our Sunday morning meetings. Notebird is an excellent tool that is enabling us to build a robust Pastoral Support Ministry. It's the place where we capture all our pastoral notes, stay on top of our tasks, and ensure people receive ongoing, relevant support. It helps us make sure no one is missed, care isn’t duplicated, and communication flows smoothly across the whole team. I would highly recommend Notebird.

Seeing Notebird more clearly on my phone.

I reached out about an issue I was having with Notebird on my cell phone, the issue was my lack of knowledge, not an issue with Notebird. Davey with Notebird very quickly guided me to the right solution to help me understand how to use Notebird on my phone better.

Notebird has tremendously helped with the care of our people. Its layout is easy to use. It integrates with Breeze seamlessly, which is the CHMS that our church uses, and the support has been amazing. I highly recommend Notebird for any church that is looking to intentionally care for their people!

Just what we needed!!

The Notebird tool has been a tremendous help for our Care Team to keep tabs on who is doing what for whom! This has eliminated us duplicating efforts and has helped us communicate better with "assigning tasks" to one another. We are one church in 4 campus locations, so communication is key!! We are incredibly grateful that this was created... it is exactly what we needed!!
