Excellent Service from Davey and the Notebird Team

I had a really good experience chatting with Davey from Notebird. He was quick to respond, polite, and professional throughout our conversation. I appreciated that he provided helpful links to answer my questions and even noted my suggestions to pass along to the team for future improvements.

The product itself looks promising and seems like it will integrate well with the system we currently use, which is what initially drew me to Notebird. I also think the pricing is extremely affordable compared to other platforms I’ve come across, definitely great value for what you get.

The only downside for me is that there isn’t a phone number to call. Chat support works fine most of the time (and I don’t mind it), but sometimes I’d rather just talk to someone directly.

Overall, I had a great experience and came away with a very positive impression of both the product and the support team.
