Charging for a subscription without notifying
I thought I bought a one month supply at 49.50 so I could try it. They were selling 3 and 6 bottle packages. There was no place stating it was a subscription but I see my PayPal account is being charged another $49.50 here a month later with no courtesy email stating as such, just happen to look at my bank account. Being charged under Effecto. The stuff made me sick and definitely had no plans to buying anymore. Literally can’t trust any health company online anymore.

I have notified this company 3 times…
I have notified this company 3 times now. I need to return two bottles and request a STOP on auto ship. As of date going on 3 months I have not received a reply.
This product just did not work for me, gained around the lower belly. I want a refund and dropped off auto ship.

I recently received my order
I recently received my order. When I opened one bottle and as I read the additional ingredients I found it had wheat in it. I have celiac disease and unable to have gluten which is in the wheat. I reached out to see if I could return and get refund. They emailed back that it is my fault for not checking the warnings before ordering and wouldn’t give a refund. Very disappointed in this company that doesn’t stand by product. There was no warnings about it containing gluten or not gluten free. I am on a fixed income and was hoping to get my money back for unopened bottles at least. They don’t seem very honest or helpful.

Im sorry that Anyone has fallen Prey to this company. I wrote a completely HONEST review. Of course the only good thing they do is write replies consistently.
BUT, DO THEY BACK THEIR REPLIES UP. ABSOLUTELY NOT!
I will continue to write them bad reviews everywhere. They ripped me off. Rich or poor. It is wrong to do to anyone.
They replied. Oh so sorry, contact us. We'll work towards a solution. Lmao. They did no such thing. If they gave half a hoot, they'd take care of their customers. Maybe do some re-hiring. But for gosh sakes keep their word.
Their word means nothing to me. I wrote once more only to get the same automated response.

I was stupid to order! There was no mention initially about getting automatic order every three months until affiliate i purchased. I tried to cancel less than 1 hour after purchase and they said I couldn't. In morning, less than 24 hours, they already said product was shipped. I have been emailing, they do respond, but with NO HELP!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND FEEL STUPID THAT I FELL FOR THUS SCAM!! THE ANSWERS TO EVERYONE IS THE SAME. DOES NOT WORK & A RIP OFF
I ordered 3-month supply and took it religiously every day despite the awful after taste. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has changed. Waste of money!! On top of that, I was charged another $93 and received email stating another 3-month supply is "ready to ship." I emailed company requesting they cancel the shipment and issue a refund because the product did not work for me at all. Response was that future supply was canceled but they could not issue a refund despite the fact that it HAD NOT SHIPPED YET!!!!!

Made my hair fallout
Made my hair fallout, didn’t lose a pound & did NOTHING they claim it does. Don’t waste your money. If I could’ve given it zero stars i would have. My hair literally came out in handfuls. Stopped taking it and Voila! within a week no more hair loss.

The worst company ever. So desperate for money, within minutes I made a cancel request and was told it was impossible to cancel. IMPOSSIBLE ? After minutes. Dishonest Manipulative company
Nova health lacks transparency and is manipulative. The product description is misleading and promises results that it cannot possibly deliver. I did not request a refill for the product nor did I sign up for a subscription, but four months after the first shipment I was charged for a refill. I did not receive an email letting me know that I would be charged and when I requested a refund for the product I was denied. Company is clearly shady and knows that they are selling a bogus product and they are willing to be dishonest and underhanded to make a profit. I have other subscriptions for supplements from other companies and I ALWAYS receive an email reminding me of my upcoming shipment in time to cancel if I need to. I also have full control over adjusting or cancelling my subscription in my customer profile at any time. The fact that Nova health does not allow customers to do this is proof that they are dishonest and trying to steal money from customers. MALICIOUS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

This product did nothing for me
This product did nothing for me. They sent me a second shipment and I contacted them immediately upon receiving the shipment and they said I wasn’t eligible for a refund! Don’t buy from them!

I read 10 of your reviews, of which, half were negative and no matter what the problem was, there was never a positive reaction towards the consumer. Maybe you think that when you say“I’m sorry “it’s supposed to fix the problem but it doesn’t. Give the customers their money back right away. I know for a fact that you are losing customers because I’m one of them.

I took this snd the next day was was so nauseous and my my whole body was hurting. The day after that, I went diarrhea all day long, and I was extremely dehydrated. I contacted them via email. They said to keep taking it and that they would not give me a refund

They only got a 1 star because I had to…
They only got a 1 star because I had to leave one. Beware of this company. I canceled my subscription for it did not work for me. Then the next month they took out 92.70 I did not receive anything and was told by email that they would not refund my money for I had an active subscription. So I am out 92.70 no pills. So now I have to get my lawyer envolved. When I asked for a supervisor number for my lawyer was told they don't take phone calls email only BS!!
That reply is total BS I have been emailing this company and basically to bad so sad they take your money and dont care

Do not purchase from this website
Do not purchase from this website. I ordered the Nova product back earlier this year and it took almost two months to receive the order. I ordered enough for three months. They made me gain weight and go into a depression and anxious state. This product is not what it claims. I received an email from my bank today, stating that I had been charged for another three months supply. I didn't have a subscription or place another order. Nova didn't even send an email. This website is a fraudulent website trying to take your money. Please save yourself the head ache and try a legitimate website.

CONTAINS WHEAT
I received my order in a timely manner. However, on the back of the bottle it states that the product contains wheat. I suffer from celiac and cannot have any wheat.
I immediately requested a refund for the three unopened bottles. This is the response I got:
" It is your responsibility to refer to the contents of the product to be certain that there will be no unwanted side effects while using our products, only after consulting with a licensed doctor can you safely use this product. I have provided you with the clearly displayed label of the supplements. It is therefore the responsibility of the user to fully understand their allergens and the ingredients which might cause the user to have an allergic reaction.
We are very sorry however, we cannot issue any kind of refund as all of the appropriate information was shown to you prior to checkout."
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
