We understand how frustrating this situation must be. The teacher from your trial lesson doesn’t have available slots at your preferred times. However, we have many other skilled teachers who can work with your child at a time that suits you.
Our managers tried to contact you, but it seems we couldn’t reach you. Please let us know a convenient time for a call, and we’ll get in touch right away.
When you write to our Customer Care service, a bot initially responds to help identify the topic and address common questions. After that, a manager joins the chat to assist you personally.
We look forward to hearing back from you so we can resolve this as quickly as possible!

Amazing achievements with Novakid
My son started with Novakid when he was 9 years old and we’ve noticed that he’s getting no progress at school. Today, after 2 years, he’s almost fluent at English and is excited to share his knowledge and it is all thanks to Novakid

We’d like to clarify that there are no separate links for lessons in our system. To join a lesson, simply log in to your Personal Account and enter the Classroom at the scheduled time. Your teacher will connect there, and the lesson will take place seamlessly.
